El presente trabajo de grado para optar el t?tulo de Master en Ciencias de la Educaci?n tiene como objetivo: Analizar la evaluaci?n del aprendizaje, realizado por los docentes en la Instituci?n Educativa Normal Superior Montes de Mar?a en funci?n del Sistema Institucional de Evaluaci?n (SIEE), de modo que se pueda establecer la coherencia existente entre la evaluaci?n y el sistema institucional. El paradigma seleccionado es el cualitativo, bajo un enfoque y/o m?todo de la teor?a fundamentada, la cual permite la comparaci?n constante entre la informaci?n suministrada por los actores sociales involucrados en el proceso (docentes, estudiantes y padres de familia) y entre las instituci?n estudiada. Como instrumentos para la recolecci?n de la informaci?n se emplear?n entrevistas semiestructuradas y observaciones de aula. Se realizar? a partir de la contextualizaci?n de una serie de acciones que permitan a la instituci?n implementar mejoras en la aplicaci?n de medidas dentro de su gesti?n evaluativa. Por tanto, se pretende incentivar el dialogo y la investigaci?n para concientizar sobre la importancia de la evaluaci?n en la creaci?n del conocimiento como parte esencial del quehacer docente y de la eficiencia institucional.
The present degree work to choose the title of Master in Educational Sciences aims to: Analyze the evaluation of learning, carried out by teachers in the Montes de Mar?a Higher Normal Educational Institution based on the Institutional Evaluation System (SIEE), so that the existing coherence between the evaluation and the institutional system can be established. The selected paradigm is the qualitative one, under a grounded theory approach and / or method, which allows constant comparison between the information provided by the social actors involved in the process (teachers, students and parents) and between the institutions. studied. As instruments for the collection of information, semi-structured interviews and classroom observations will be used. It will be carried out from the contextualization of a series of actions that allow the institution to implement improvements in the application of measures within its evaluative management. Therefore, it is intended to encourage dialogue and research to raise awareness about the importance of evaluation in the creation of knowledge as an essential part of teaching and institutional efficiency.
