El presente trabajo de grado titulado ?la gesti?n administrativa en el sistema de evaluaci?n de estudiante (SIEE) en la Instituci?n Educativa Municipal Normal Superior de Pitalito, Huila. Esta investigaci?n se realiz? con el objetivo de conocer c?mo influye el Sistema Institucional de Evaluaci?n de los Estudiantes SIEE, en el fortalecimiento de las pr?cticas evaluativas para mejorar el rendimiento acad?mico de los estudiantes, de la Instituci?n Educativa Municipal Normal Superior del municipio de Pitalito, Huila., en los estudiantes de Educaci?n B?sica Primaria. Esta investigaci?n se bas? en identificar c?mo eval?an los docentes a los estudiantes y para reconocer si las pr?cticas evaluativas que se implementan apuntan a determinar lo que el estudiante ha aprendido no solamente a nivel de contenidos sino a nivel integral, es decir, desempe?os que puedan aplicar y servirles para solucionar situaciones en su cotidianidad. Para el logro de los objetivos se tuvo en cuenta la investigaci?n con enfoque cualitativo, de tipo descriptivo y de dise?o fenomenol?gico, se utilizaron como instrumentos de investigaci?n la entrevista realizada a 10 docentes, las cuales permitieron avanzar en la investigaci?n. Entre las principales conclusiones se encontr? que hace falta de apropiaci?n y conocimiento sobre el SIEE en relaci?n con el PEI, por parte de docentes, no permite que haya coherencia con el horizonte institucional en cuanto a la de la poblaci?n estudiantil, en donde predomine un monitoreo y seguimiento constante de los procesos pedag?gicos que permitan observar los avances y dificultades que se presentan en el proceso para construir un plan de mejoramiento, que busque su fortalecimiento acad?mico. La elaboraci?n de la r?brica permiti? mejorar los procesos de evaluaci?n y el rendimiento acad?mico de los estudiantes; evidenci?ndose por parte de los docentes receptividad para fortalecer los procesos de evaluaci?n a trav?s de este instrumento para las asignaturas en los diferentes grados establecidos en la Instituci?n.
He present degree work entitled ?administrative management in the student evaluation system (SIEE) in the Normal Superior Municipal Educational Institution of Pitalito, Huila. This research was carried out with the objective of knowing how the SIEE Student Institutional Assessment System influences, in the strengthening of the evaluation practices to improve the academic performance of the students, of the Higher Normal Municipal Educational Institution of the municipality of Pitalito, Huila, in the students of Primary Basic Education. This research was based on identifying how teachers evaluate students and to recognize if the evaluation practices that are implemented aim to determine what the student has learned not only at the level of content but at the integral level, that is, performances that can apply and serve them to solve situations in their daily lives. In order to achieve the objectives, research with a qualitative, descriptive and phenomenological design approach was taken into account, the interview conducted with 10 teachers was used as research instruments, which allowed progress in the research. Among the main conclusions it was found that there is a lack of appropriation and knowledge about the SIEE in relation to the PEI, by teachers, it does not allow coherence with the institutional horizon in terms of that of the student population, where monitoring predominates and constant monitoring of the pedagogical processes that allow us to observe the advances and difficulties that arise in the process to build an improvement plan, which seeks its academic strengthening. The elaboration of the rubric allowed to improve the evaluation processes and the academic performance of the students; evidencing on the part of the receptivity teachers to strengthen the evaluation processes through this instrument for the subjects in the different degrees established in the Institution.
