La presente investigaci?n se fundamenta en determinar las causas de la deserci?n estudiantil a nivel Superior en Panam? hoy en d?a. Se realiza una investigaci?n sobre el tema de diferentes autores en los ?ltimos a?os, una entrevista con una docente, la cual labora tanto en educaci?n media como a nivel superior por lo que la informaci?n es integrada, mejorada y actualizada por la situaci?n actual que est? sufriendo nuestro pa?s y que no escapa el sector educativo a nivel superior. Se presenta durante el proyecto de monograf?a un an?lisis FODA de la educaci?n superior sobre el aprendizaje, ya que es uno de los factores que se concluy? que es el motivo de la deserci?n escolar y a la vez puede trabajar como base sobre las causas y proponer acciones de mitigaci?n concretas ante este fen?meno mundial, el cual toma fuerza hoy en d?a como consecuencia del COVID-19. Este trabajo se desarrollar? en tres etapas: primero, donde se realizar? un acercamiento a la idea para poder formar y ampliar este estudio, segundo, comunicarnos con algunos actores o profesores que nos ayudar?n con la elaboraci?n y desarrollo de datos y objetivos de este trabajo y tercero, el an?lisis obtenido de nuestra investigaci?n. El resultado de esta investigaci?n documental y de la entrevista son interesante, ya que da un vistazo completo desde la parte legal, los estudios que han realizados, diversos colegas de mucha experiencia que han propuesto ideas en su momento, a la vez analizado con la situaci?n actual del COVID-19 y el impacto que la pandemia puede dar y traer como consecuencia a la educaci?n superior y las recomendaciones de una colega que actualmente ejerce en el nivel medio, as? como tambi?n como docente universitaria, la cual su opini?n es de gran alcance y ayuda para con este proyecto, ya que parte de los factores son de arrastre y podemos tener un enfoque amplio del mismo.
The information given in this report is focused on to determine the different causes that lead higher level students to drop out today. The research is carried out about this theme from different authors recently. One professor who works at middle high school as well as at a higher level was interviewed, so this report presents an integrated, improved, and updated information, taking into account what Panama is facing, and how it is affecting the education sector at higher level too. One FODA analyses on higher education learning is presented in this research monograph, and it concludes that it is one of the factors and reason why learners are dropping out. At the same time, it can work as basis of the causes, and to suggest concrete actions in order to face this worldwide phenomenon, which is attacking fiercely today because of COVID 19. This research has been divided into three parts: First, an approach to the idea will be done to form and expand this study; Second: keep communication with some participants or professors who helped to elaborate, develop some pieces of information, and goals of this research, and third: the results obtained of the research itself. The result of this documentary research and interviews are very interesting, because it gives a complete look from the legal part, the different studies done for some coworkers who have a vast experience and who have recommended ideas in situ. Their points of view have been analyzed considering the real situation that the world is living with COVID 19, and its impact as pandemic that is affecting the higher education. Some recommendations given for one friend of mine who works at middle high school and at a higher level whose strong opinions helped to complete this final research and to have a wide perspective of the problems to come.
