La investigaci?n titulada Incidencia del estilo de liderazgo de los rectores en la gesti?n de las Instituciones Educativas oficiales de la ciudad de Monter?a, en donde fueron analizadas dos instituciones: Antonio Nari?o y Camilo Torres, ubicadas en diferentes sectores de la ciudad; tuvo como objetivo conocer la percepci?n de los docentes de las instituciones acerca del liderazgo que manejan los rectores y si este liderazgo incide en los resultados obtenidos. Se analiza de forma objetiva la percepci?n de los docentes respecto a la forma de dirigir de los rectores y la gesti?n que realizan en las instituciones. La investigaci?n es de tipo descriptivo y se utiliz? dentro de la metodolog?a de la investigaci?n, instrumentos de recolecci?n de la informaci?n: como la observaci?n directa y la entrevista. Para la entrevista, primero se realiz? una a los docentes de las instituciones y otra a los rectores; posteriormente, se realiz? una triangulaci?n para analizar las respuestas y realizar las conclusiones al respecto, encontrando diferencias en las dos instituciones y un inconformismo por parte de los docentes en cuanto a aspectos de trabajo en equipo, delegaci?n, motivaci?n, entre otros. Como sabemos, la educaci?n ha presentado cambios en todos los niveles, uno de ellos y quiz? el m?s importante, es la condici?n de calidad que todas las instituciones educativas deben tener y que se evidencia en los resultados de sus pruebas externas tanto a nivel nacional como internacional. Esto ha conllevado a mayores y m?s complejos compromisos para las instituciones educativas, especialmente a nivel acad?mico y administrativo, de ah? la importancia de este tipo de investigaciones que contribuyen al an?lisis interno y externo de las instituciones para realizar sus planes de mejoramiento continuo.
The research topic, Incidence of the leadership style of the rectors in the management of the official Educational Institutions of the city of Monter?a, the analyzed institutions were Antonio Nari?o and Camilo Torres located in different sectors of the city, addressed by its author Olga Luc?a Mestra Tamayo, the objective of this research is to analyze the perception of the teachers of the institutions about the leadership that the principals manage and if this leadership affects the results obtained. The perception of teachers regarding the way of directing the principals and the management they carry out in the institutions is objectively analyzed. The research is descriptive and used data collection instruments within the research methodology: such as direct observation and the interview, one interview was conducted first with the teachers of the institutions and another with the rectors. Later, a triangulation was carried out to analyze the responses and draw conclusions in this regard. As we know, education has presented changes at all levels, one of them and perhaps the most important is the quality condition that all educational institutions must have and that is evidenced in the results of their external tests, both nationally and internationally. This has led to greater and more complex commitments for educational institutions, especially at the academic and administrative level, hence the importance of this type of research that contributes to the internal and external analysis of institutions to carry out their plans for continuous improvement.
