Gesti?n administrativa y deserci?n escolar en la instituci?n educativa San Lorenzo de Suaza Huila periodo 2014-2019

La investigaci?n actual tiene como objetivo principal proponer un Plan de Mejoramiento desde la gesti?n administrativa para afrontar la alta deserci?n escolar en la media vocacional de la Instituci?n Educativa de zona rural San Lorenzo Suaza Huila, Colombia. Esto a partir del an?lisis de deserci?n escolar presente entre los a?os 2014 y 2019. El dise?o metodol?gico del proceso investigativo se basa en el paradigma positivista con enfoque mixto y de tipo descriptivo, que permite dar cuenta de la realidad afrontada dentro de este contexto, a trav?s de la recopilaci?n de datos cualitativos y cuantitativos, haciendo uso de diferentes instrumentos de recolecci?n y an?lisis de informaci?n. La muestra poblacional seleccionada para el trabajo investigativo corresponde a 222 estudiantes de grado sexto a once, elegida a trav?s del m?todo no probabil?stico, a trav?s de f?rmula. Finalmente, se establece el reconocimiento de los recursos digitales como una herramienta que, al ser incorporada en el aula de clase, mejora el desempe?o de los estudiantes y despierta mayor inter?s por el aprendizaje, as? mismo se obtiene que el Plan de Mejoramiento planteado, desde la gesti?n administrativa representa una medida efectiva para afrontar la alta deserci?n escolar dentro de la Instituci?n, esto debido a la fuerza de liderazgo que la caracteriza dentro de la gesti?n educativa y para estar al tanto de las necesidades del alumnado.
The main objective of the current research is to propose an Improvement Plan from the administrative management to face the high school dropout in the vocational average of the Educational Institution of rural area San Lorenzo Suaza Huila, Colombia. This is based on the analysis of school dropout present between 2014 and 2019. The methodological design of the research process is based on the positivist paradigm with a mixed and descriptive approach, which allows to account for the reality faced within this context, to through the compilation of qualitative and quantitative data, making use of different instruments for collecting and analyzing information. The population sample selected for the research work corresponds to 222 students from sixth to eleventh grade, chosen through the non-probabilistic method, through the formula. Finally, the recognition of digital resources is established as a tool that, when incorporated into the classroom, improves the performance of students and arouses greater interest in learning, likewise it is obtained that the Improvement Plan proposed, from administrative management represents an effective measure to face high school dropouts within the Institution, due to the leadership force that characterizes it within educational management and to be aware of the needs of the students
