El presente trabajo es un ejercicio de investigaci?n que se enmarca dentro de la l?nea denominada modelos de educaci?n y que busca dise?ar un plan de nivelaci?n para mejorar el rendimiento acad?mico de los estudiantes de origen ?tnico en la educaci?n tradicional de la instituci?n educativa Villalosada de la Plata - Huila, Colombia; En la revisi?n de los antecedentes y las bases te?ricas se tuvieron en cuenta los siguientes autores: Velasco, Gajardo, Gonz?lez, Alva, Saavedra & Salcedo y Molina. El tipo de investigaci?n en el que se enmarca el presente estudio, es anal?tica y descriptiva, en cuanto al dise?o de investigaci?n, es de campo, a su vez el instrumento usado para la respectiva recolecci?n de datos fue el cuestionario, el cual estaba conformado por treinta y un (31) preguntas con alternativas de respuesta m?ltiples y dicot?micas, la poblaci?n elegida para la aplicaci?n de los instrumentos de recolecci?n de informaci?n, fueron los estudiantes de origen ?tnicos matriculados en los grados octavo, noveno, decimo y once de la instituci?n educativa Villalosada, para un total de 22 estudiantes de origen ?tnico, que oscilan entre los 13 y 18 a?os de edad, asumiendo que la poblaci?n era finita y accesible no se realiz? muestra, sino que se realiz? un censo poblacional. Al momento de analizar los resultados se logr? identificar el nivel de las calificaciones que presentan los estudiantes de origen ?tnico en relaci?n con las asignaturas que comprenden desempe?os num?ricos dentro de su plan de estudios, as? mismo se identific? la falta de infraestructura y elementos relacionados con los diversos espacios requeridos para el buen desarrollo de la malla curricular, en raz?n a esto se obtuvieron importantes conclusiones derivadas del proceso de investigaci?n, que dieron origen al plan de nivelaci?n enfocado a mejorar el rendimiento acad?mico de los estudiantes de origen ?tnico en la educaci?n tradicional de la instituci?n educativa Villalosada de la Plata - Huila, Colombia.
The present work is a research exercise that is part of the line called models of education and that seeks to design a leveling plan to improve the academic performance of ethnically-born students in traditional education traditional educational institution Villalosada de la Plata - Huila, Colombia; In the background and theoretical background review, account was taken of the following authors: Velasco, Gajardo, Gonz?lez, Alva, Saavedra & amp; Salcedo and Molina. The type of research in which this study is framed, is analytical and descriptive, in terms of research design, is field, in turn, the instrument used for the respective data collection was the questionnaire, which consisted of thirty-one (31) questions with multiple and dichotomous alternatives of answering, the population chosen for the application of information-gathering tools, were the ethnic students enrolled in the eighth, ninth, 17th and eleventh grades of the Villalosada educational institution, for a total of 22 students of ethnic origin, ranging from 13 to 18 years of age, assuming that the population was finite and accessible was not shown, but a population census was carried out.
