La presente investigaci?n est? centrada en el objetivo centrado de Incentivar la lectura en los estudiantes de primero de la Instituci?n Educativa Dante Alighieri sede Antonio Nari?o San Vicente del Cagu?n, como proyecto de grado de la Maestr?a en Ciencias de la Educaci?n de la Universidad Metropolitana de Educaci?n Ciencia y Tecnolog?a UMECIT de Panam?. La fundamentaci?n te?rica est? respaldad en principio por Vygotsky (1988) en sus estudios los or?genes del lenguaje son sociales, as? como la psicolog?a cognitiva de Rodr?guez & Monta?ez (2016) y por supuesto por el Ministerio de Educaci?n Nacional de Colombia MEN (1997) que plantea la Ley General de Educaci?n que rige todo el sistema educativo y los planteamientos y disposiciones de la Organizaci?n de las naciones Unidas para la Educaci?n y la Cultura UNESCO (1997), cuando establece los pilares de la educaci?n que deben estar presentes en Los Pilares de la Educaci?n para repensar el proceso formativo del estudiante. Metodol?gicamente se aborda la investigaci?n con un enfoque cualitativo y un m?todo de tipo descriptivo. Como poblaci?n objeto se trabaj? con los 29 ni?os y padres de familia del grado primero. Como instrumentos de recolecci?n de la informaci?n, se aplic? un cuestionario de 13 preguntas tipo Ifces con preguntas dic?tomas, cerradas de opci?n m?ltiple con ?nica respuesta. La validez se realiz? mediante el juicio de expertos. Los resultados llevaron al dise?o y desarrollo de 4 talleres que buscaban propiciar y motivar la lectura como componente de los procesos lectores y comunicativos.
The present investigation is centered on the objective centered on applying a methodological and pedagogical strategy that encourages reading in the first students of the Dante Alighieri Educational Institution, Antonio Nari?o campus, San Vicente del Cagu?n, as a project of the Master's degree in Sciences of the Education of the Metropolitan University of Education Science and Technology UMECIT of Panama. The theoretical foundation is supported in principle by Vygotsky (1988) in his studies the origins of language are social, as well as the cognitive psychology of Rodr?guez & Monta?ez (2016) and of course by the Ministry of National Education of Colombia MEN (1997) that raises the General Law of Education that governs the entire education system and the approaches and provisions of the United Nations Organization for Education and Culture UNESCO (1997), when it establishes the pillars of education that must be present in The Pillars of Education to rethink the formative process of the student. Methodologically, the research is approached with a qualitative approach and a descriptive method. As a target population, we worked with the 29 children and parents of the first grade. As information collection instruments, a questionnaire of 13 Ifces-type questions was applied with dichotomous, closed multiple-choice questions with a single response. The validity was made by expert judgment. The results led to the design and development of 4 workshops that sought to encourage and motivate reading as a component of the reading and communication processes.
