Los padres de familia el principal pilar en la educaci?n de los estudiantes

Este trabajo investigativo tiene como objetivo general: Generar compromiso institucional por parte de los padres de familia o acudientes de la I.E Felipe Henao Jaramillo, sede Monse?or Efr?n Montoya, del municipio de Andes, para fortalecer los procesos educativos de los estudiantes. Las teor?as que dan soporte a la investigaci?n es el constructivismo y el aprendizaje social, las variables se sustentaron con los aportes de (Lan et al., 2013, p. 13), la incorporaci?n de la familia con la escuela tiene una estrecha relaci?n con los logros escolares y el fortalecimiento del proceso educativo. Icaza y Mayorga (1994) indican que la participaci?n de la familia no solo mejora el rendimiento escolar, sino que se ven influenciadas (positivamente) en otras ?reas del desarrollo como la autoestima, se aumenta la motivaci?n y la confianza en el logro acad?mico, se desarrolla la sociabilidad con el grupo de pares y la autonom?a; todo esto confirma que la educaci?n no es solo una interacci?n que existe entre el docente y el estudiante sino que la familia juega un rol importante en el proceso de ense?anza aprendizaje. Metodol?gicamente esta investigaci?n se fundamenta en un paradigma hist?rico ? social, un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo descriptivo, aplicada, su dise?o fue no experimental, transeccional, de campo, a partir de los resultados se concluye que los padres de familia reconocen el bajo nivel de compromiso que tiene con respecto al acompa?amiento acad?mico y poca participaci?n en las actividades institucionales, afectando el desempe?o y proceso educativo de los estudiantes, no obstante, consideran importante asumir un compromiso con responsabilidad participando activamente en las diferentes actividades pedag?gicas direccionadas por la sede educativa, afirman que al realizar un acompa?amiento constante, pueden genera un mejoramiento significativo en el desempe?o acad?mico del estudiante.
The general target of this research paper is: generating an institutional agreement with parents or people in charge of the students of I.E. Felipe Henao Jaramillo, Monse?or Efr?n Montoya headquarter from the municipally of Andes, to improve the students? educative processes. The theories that support the research are constructivism and social learning, the variables were supported by the contributions of (Lan et al., 2013, p. 13), the incorporation of the family in the school has a close relationship within school achievements and the strengthening of the educational process. Icaza and Mayorga (1994) indicate that family participation not only improves school performance, but also that (positively) influences other development areas such as self-esteem, increasing the motivation and confidence in academic achievement, moreover, it develops sociability with the peer group and autonomy; It all confirms that education is not only an interaction that exists between the teacher and the student, but that the family plays an important role in the teaching-learning process. The methodology of this paper is based on a historical - social paradigm, a quantitative-descriptive approach with a descriptive type, applied, its design was not experimental, cross-sectional descriptive design of field. Through the results, it is concluded that the parents recognize the low level of commitment they have regarding the academic support and their little participation with institutional activities, affecting the performance and the students? educative process, nevertheless they consider important to assume a responsible commitment by actively participating in the different pedagogical activities directed by the educational center, they affirm that by performing a constant monitoring, a significant improvement can be generated within the students? academic performance.
