Esta investigaci?n tiene como objetivo principal Reestructurar el manual de convivencia con el liderazgo y participaci?n activa de los integrantes de la comunidad educativa de la Instituci?n Educativa Colegio Marta del municipio de Gir?n, con el ?nimo de promover el convivir de manera pac?fica y arm?nica. Tomando como referencia que ?El manual de convivencia puede entenderse como una herramienta en la que se consignan los acuerdos de la comunidad educativa para facilitar y garantizar la armon?a en la vida diaria en la instituci?n educativa?. (Chaux, Vargas, Ibarra & Minski (2013, p.63). es importante que las Instituciones Educativas cuenten con un documento realizado con la participaci?n activa de su Comunidad Educativa ya que ?El liderazgo es un proceso a trav?s del cual una persona asegura la cooperaci?n de otros para alcanzar los objetivos en una situaci?n particular? (Ministerio de Educaci?n y Cultura, 1996, p.84). La presente investigaci?n es de naturaleza Cuantitativa no experimental transaccional descriptivo, dado que esta tiene como prioridad el an?lisis de las realidades de los actores involucrados en el escenario educativo. se encontr? como conclusi?n que un manual de convivencia es una de las herramientas m?s importantes dentro de los procesos reguladores de la convivencia en los establecimientos educativos de todo el pa?s, por lo cual debe estar dise?ado bajo par?metros que cumplan en primer lugar con una normatividad vigente, en segundo lugar atendiendo al contexto donde se ubica la instituci?n educativa, es ah? donde radica la importancia de que se contextualice y se redise?e atendiendo a situaciones propias para facilitar la soluci?n de ?stas de la mejor manera posible sin violar os derechos de los estudiantes y donde sean ellos los que se concienticen de su proceder y tengan el conocimiento para asumir los correctivos cuando se presente una situaci?n que amerite recurrir a ?stos.
This research has as main objective To restructure the manual of coexistence with the leadership and active participation of the members of the educational community of the Educational Institution Marta School of the municipality of Gir?n, with the aim of promoting a peaceful and harmonious coexistence. Taking as reference that "The coexistence manual can be understood as a tool in which the agreements of the educational community are recorded to facilitate and guarantee harmony in daily life in the educational institution." (Chaux, Vargas, Ibarra & Minski (2013, p.63) It is important that educational institutions have a document made with the active participation of their educational community, since "Leadership is a process through which a person ensures The cooperation of others to achieve the objectives in a particular situation "(Ministry of Education and Culture, 1996, p.84). The present research is of a quantitative non-experimental transactional, descriptive nature, since it has as a priority the analysis of the realities of the actors involved in the educational scenario. It was found as a conclusion that a coexistence manual is one of the most important tools within the regulatory processes of coexistence in educational establishments throughout the country, so it must be designed under parameters that comply in the first place with a current regulation, Secondly according to the context where the educational institution is located, it is there that the importance of contextualising and redesigning, attending to specific situations to facilitate the solution of these in the best possible way without violating the rights of students and Where they are those who are aware of their behavior and have the knowledge to take corrective action when there is a situation that merits recourse to them.
