La presente investigaci?n favorece a La Instituci?n Educativa Santa fe Municipio de Monter?a; desde la Gesti?n Directiva, ya que a trav?s ella se busca que los docentes y personal administrativo puedan tener otra visi?n de la Instituci?n, ver alternativas de mejora y sean cada d?a m?s competentes, asumiendo una actitud de cambio e innovaci?n permanente para alcanzar los retos de las nuevas tendencias educativas. Este proceso de mejora continua que apenas inicia requiere de investigaci?n y de seguimiento que le permita a los directivos, docentes, a los estudiantes, a los padres de familia y en general a todos los integrantes de la comunidad educativa, frente a una nueva mirada del modelo de gesti?n que le permita fortalecer la Gesti?n Directiva en la Instituci?n Educativa Santa fe.
The present investigation favors the Educational Institution Santa fe Municipality of Monter?a; from the Management Directive, since through it is sought that teachers and administrative staff can have another vision of the Institution, see alternatives for improvement and be more and more competent, assuming an attitude of change and permanent innovation to meet the challenges of the new educational trends. This process of continuous improvement that barely starts requires research and monitoring that allows managers, teachers, students, parents and in general all the members of the educational community, facing a new view of the management model that allows it to strengthen the Management Directive in the Santa feEducational Institution.
