Esta investigaci?n ?Socializaci?n del Proyecto Educativo Institucional como herramienta educativa que orienta el mejoramiento continuo acad?mico de la Corporaci?n T?cnica Elyon Yireh de Cartagena?, surge de la necesidad de aplicarlo precisamente por la ausencia del mismo en la entidad. La Ley General de educaci?n establece que el PEI es un documento interno, pero del que deben hacer parte la comunidad externa, y esto no se estaba cumpliendo en ELYON YIREH. De ah? surge el objetivo general de esta investigaci?n a partir de unas encuestas y entrevistas semi abierta con todos los implicados. Partiendo del diagn?stico inicial se elaboraron los objetivos espec?ficos y se dispuso de un cronograma de actividades pertinentes en el tiempo establecido para lograr la meta. Cada objetivo espec?fico se ejecut? de acuerdo a la necesidad planteada y con el recurso requerido. El dise?o metodol?gico es de investigaci?n cualitativa con corte cuantitativa por cuanto se describe un caso en especial, se mira su efectividad y tambi?n porque se detalla estad?sticamente cu?ntos se benefician con la aplicabilidad del proyecto.
This research ?Socialization of the Institutional Educational Project as an educational tool that guides the continuous academic improvement of the Elyon Yireh Technical Corporation of Cartagena?, arises from the need to apply it precisely due to the absence of it in the entity. Its purpose is to apply didactic strategies that bring the community to its knowledge, become part of it, and can propose actions that allow the implementation of continuous actions for continuous quality improvement. The General Education Law establishes that the PEI is an internal document, but of which the external community must be a part, and this was not being fulfilled in ELYON YIREH. Hence the general objective of this research arises from semi-open surveys and interviews with all those involved. Starting from the initial diagnosis, the specific objectives were elaborated and a schedule of pertinent activities was available in the time established to achieve the goal. Each specific objective was executed according to the stated need and with the required resource- The methodological design is of qualitative research with a quantitative cut because it describes a special case, looks at its effectiveness, and also because it statistically details how many benefit from the applicability of the project.
