Esta investigaci?n es presentada a la facultad de Humanidades y Ciencias de la Educaci?n de la Universidad Metropolitana de Educaci?n, Ciencia y Tecnolog?a (UMECIT) de Panam?. Se enmarca en la l?nea Educaci?n y Sociedad, en el ?rea de Docencia y Curr?culo, con eje tem?tico Dise?o Curricular. El prop?sito es la construcci?n de una propuesta curricular pertinente a las caracter?sticas, necesidades y expectativas del sector rural de la instituci?n Educativa Municipal del Encano. El proceso investigativo se estructura con base en los prop?sitos a nivel general y espec?fico, direccionados al an?lisis de la realidad actual del curr?culo en las instituciones del sector rural y se continua con estudio de los lineamientos legales en Colombia, fundamentaci?n te?rica, enfoques, tendencias, historia, innovaci?n curricular componentes y dise?o. A nivel de la metodolog?a esta investigaci?n se abord? desde el enfoque cualitativo, a trav?s de la investigaci?n proyectiva Hurtado (2010), la cual orienta hacia generar una propuesta antes la identificaci?n de necesidades y problemas; para la recolecci?n de informaci?n se utiliza la entrevista semiestructurada, orientada hacia los actores del curr?culo de la comunidad educativa; directivos, docentes, estudiantes y padres ? madres de familia. Se resalta la importancia del curr?culo en el proceso de cada instituci?n al presentar la organizaci?n y planificaci?n de las diferentes acciones que se realizan en la pr?ctica pedag?gica desde la incorporaci?n de los lineamientos nacionales y las caracter?sticas de las regiones, a trav?s de las cuales se reconoce necesidades y expectativas de la sociedad frente a la formaci?n de los egresados del sistema educativo; de igual manera se analiza la intervenci?n de entidades como p?blicas (Alcald?a y Secretaria de Educaci?n) en la b?squeda de la calidad educativa desde la pertinencia de los proyectos educativos en el sector rural. La organizaci?n y an?lisis de la informaci?n obtenida en la aplicaci?n de las entrevistas se realiza con la herramienta tecnol?gica Atlas T.I; que posibilita establecer c?digos y agrupar los datos en categor?as conceptuales establecidas para la investigaci?n. Finalmente, la triangulaci?n de hallazgos y la contrataci?n de teor?as marcan el camino para la construcci?n de la propuesta curricular contextualizada a la realidad de la comunidad del corregimiento del Encano, basada en espacios de participaci?n de los actores curriculares a trav?s de la flexibilidad de los procesos directivos, acad?micos y comunitarios que viabilizan el mejoramiento continuo.
This research is presented to the Faculty of Humanities and Educational Sciences of the Metropolitan University of Education, Science and Technology (UMECIT) of Panama. It is part of the Education and Society line, in the area of Teaching and Curriculum, with thematic axis Curricular Design. The purpose is the construction of a curricular proposal relevant to the characteristics, needs and expectations of the rural sector of the Encano Municipal Educational Institution. The investigative process is structured based on the purposes at a general and specific level, directed to the analysis of the current reality of the curriculum in the institutions of the rural sector and continues with the study of legal guidelines in Colombia, theoretical foundation, approaches, trends, history, curricular innovation components and design. At the level of the methodology, this research was approached from the qualitative approach,through projective research, for the collection of information the semi-structured interview is used, oriented towards the actors of the curriculum of the educational community; managers, teachers, students and fathers - mothers of families. The importance of the curriculum in the process of each institution is highlighted by presenting the organization and planning of the different actions that are carried out in the pedagogical practice from the incorporation of the national guidelines and the characteristics of the regions, through which it is recognized needs and expectations of society regarding the training of graduates of the educational system; In the same way, the intervention of public entities (Mayor's Office and Secretary of Education) in the search for educational quality is analyzed from the relevance of educational projects in the rural sector. The organization and analysis of the information obtained in the application of the interviews is carried out with the technological tool Atlas T.I; that makes it possible to establish codes and group the data into conceptual categories established for the investigation. Finally, the triangulation of findings and the contracting of theories mark the way for the construction of the curricular proposal contextualized to the reality of the community of the Encano corregimiento, based on spaces for the participation of the curricular actors through the flexibility of the processes. managers, academics and community that make continuous improvement viable.
