La investigaci?n tuvo como prop?sito dise?ar una propuesta para mejorar la articulaci?n del docente con las tecnolog?as de informaci?n y comunicaci?n en la instituci?n educativa del corregimiento de Guacirco municipio de Neiva (Colombia); se asumi? una metodolog?a de enfoque mixto al articular informaci?n cualitativa y cuantitativa, de tipo integrado y alcance descriptivo, para la muestra se tienen 24 profesores y 2 directivos por un lado, en tanto que por otro, se consideran los documentos denominados Proyecto Educativo Institucional (PEI) y proyecto de aula. Los resultados arrojaron que la articulaci?n de las TIC, no es viable ahora, en raz?n a fallas de gran relevancia as?: sin infraestructura como sala de inform?tica, un deficiente servicio de acceso a internet en toda la localidad y por ende la comunidad educativa y una dotaci?n baja de equipos en contraste con el n?mero de estudiantes existentes por grado. Por otro tanto cabe se?alar que, se hace necesario adelantar capacitaciones con los docentes quienes reconocen un dominio b?sico en la mayor?a de los participantes, aunado a un PEI que bien puede ser m?s enf?tico en este sentido una vez se viabilicen las condiciones estructurales. As?, se concluye construir un aporte desde la gesti?n en administraci?n educativa y en beneficio de este contexto local debe crear un ordenamiento de manera program?tica con una planeaci?n que le sirva de bit?cora, la cual oriente en forma l?gica y la mejora continua especialmente de la calidad educativa para la articulaci?n de las TIC, para el corregimiento de Guacirco en la ciudad de Neiva.
The purpose of the research was to design a proposal to improve the teacher's articulation with information and communication technologies in the educational institution of the district of Guacirco, municipality of Neiva (Colombia); a mixed approach methodology was assumed when articulating qualitative and quantitative information, of an integrated type and descriptive scope, for the sample there are 24 teachers and 2 managers on the one hand, while on the other, the documents called Institutional Educational Project ( PEI) and classroom project. The results showed that the articulation of ICTs is not feasible now, due to failures of great relevance as well: without infrastructure such as a computer room, a poor internet access service throughout the town and therefore the educational community and a low endowment of equipment in contrast to the number of existing students per grade. Therefore, it should be noted that, it is necessary to advance training with teachers who recognize a basic domain in most of the participants, together with an IEP that may well be more emphatic in this sense once the structural conditions are viable. Thus, it is concluded to build a contribution from the educational administration management and for the benefit of this local context, it must create an order programmatically with a planning that serves as a logbook, which guides in a logical way and the continuous improvement especially of quality educational for the articulation of the TIC, for the district of Guacirco in the city of Neiva.
