Mediante la caracterizaci?n de los riesgos psicosociales del Colegio Inscepit de Villavicencio, se establecen los siguientes objetivos: determinar el nivel de riesgos psicosociales relacionados con el ambiente laboral y el trabajo desarrollado percibido por los educadores del Colegio Inscepit; analizar los factores de riesgos psicosociales presentados por los colaboradores del Colegio Inscepit, evaluar los niveles de estr?s que presentan los colaboradores del Colegio Inscepit. La metodolog?a aplicada presenta un enfoque cuantitativo, permitiendo mostrar la realidad social interna de la poblaci?n seleccionada. El tipo de investigaci?n fue descriptivo no experimental- transversal. La poblaci?n corresponde a la comunidad educativa del Colegio Inscepit de Villavicencio y la muestra se llev? a cabo con la participaci?n activa de 16 personas. Utilizando para ello el m?todo Istas 21 ( CoPsoQ); que se?ala 6 apartados, con las siguientes dimensiones psicosociales: (exigencias psicol?gicas, trabajo activo y posibilidades de desarrollo; inseguridad, apoyo social y calidad de liderazgo, doble presencia, estima). Sus resultados permiten establecer un an?lisis general donde las exigencias psicol?gicas, la inseguridad y la doble presencia, corresponde al color rojo que significa nivel de exposici?n psicosocial m?s desfavorable para la salud. La dimensi?n trabajo activo y posibilidad de desarrollo, apoyo social y calidad de liderazgo y estima, se?alan el color verde que significa nivel de exposici?n psicosocial m?s favorable para la salud.
Characterization of the Inscepit School of Villavicencio psychosocial risks, are established the following objectives: to determine the level of psycho-social risks related to the workplace and the work perceived by educators of College Inscepit; analyze the factors of psychosocial risks presented by the contributors to the Inscepit school, assess stress levels presenting partners of the Inscepit school. The methodology presents a quantitative approach, allowing you to show the internal social reality of the selected population. The type of research was descriptive not experimental - cross. The population corresponds to the educational community of the Inscepit School of Villavicencio and the sample was carried out with the active participation of 16 people. Using the method view 21 (CoPsoQ); who says 6 sections, with the following psychosocial dimensions: (psychological demands, active work and development possibilities; insecurity, social support and quality of leadership, double presence, estimated). Their results allow to establish a general analysis where psychological demands, insecurity and the double presence, corresponds to the red color which means more unfavorable health psychosocial exposure level. The dimension active work and possibility of development, social support and quality of leadership and esteem, point the color green which means more favorable health psychosocial exposure level.
