La biblioteca a trav?s del tiempo ha garantizado el acceso libre y gratuito a la informaci?n, ayudando de esta manera al proceso de adquisici?n del conocimiento. Esta investigaci?n se incluye dentro de la l?nea de investigaci?n de administraci?n gerencial, en el ?rea de administraci?n y planificaci?n en el eje tem?tico de gesti?n estrat?gica, de UMECIT. El prop?sito se centra en realizar una propuesta de reorganizaci?n administrativa para el adecuado funcionamiento de la biblioteca escolar, en la instituci?n educativa t?cnica ?Nuestra se?ora de Morc?? del municipio de Sogamoso ? Boyac?, a?o 2017. En este proceso se utiliz? la metodolog?a con enfoque hol?stico y el tipo investigaci?n holopr?xica, se emple? como instrumentos para la recolecci?n de informaci?n la entrevista semiestructurada a la bibliotecaria y un cuestionario a docentes y estudiantes de grado once, lo que permiti? a trav?s de una DOFA priorizar las necesidades para luego plantear una propuesta con la cual se prev? darle soluci?n al fen?meno problem?tico abordado y as? obtener resultados objetivos en la investigaci?n. School libraries throughout time have guaranteed free access to information for everyone, helping people in the knowledge acquisition process. This research work is included within the management research line, in the administration and planning area, in the strategic management thematic axis of UMECIT. Its purpose is an administrative reorganization proposal for the proper functioning of the school library from Nuestra Se?ora de Morc? Technical School in Sogamoso ? Boyac?, year 2017. This is methodologically framed as a qualitative research, as well as an educational action type research, with data collection instruments such as the DOFA matrix and the direct observation technique, which allowed us to know the general conditions of the library; then, surveys were applied to the librarian as well as teachers and students in order to get their points of view towards the library functioning. After that, the proposal was posed and so we expect it to solve the problematic phenomenon addressed in order to obtain positive results for the investigation.
