La presente investigaci?n se desarroll? en la Instituci?n Educativa ?Jes?s Mar?a Aguirre Charry?, sede Ciudadela Educativa del Municipio de Aipe en el departamento del Huila, con el objetivo de la importancia de construir un manual preventivo y correctivo de los equipos tecnol?gicos al servicio de la comunidad educativa. Desde una metodolog?a cuantitativa se explora el problema, se recoge la informaci?n pertinente, es dise?ada mediante una encuesta que se aplic? a los docentes, para indagar el conocimiento que tienen en materia de uso e implementaci?n de las computadoras y plataformas virtuales y educativas en el aula de clase. El an?lisis e interpretaci?n de la informaci?n y de los resultados obtenidos conllevan a la necesidad de dise?ar un manual preventivo y correctivo de los equipos tecnol?gicos de la Instituci?n, espec?ficamente para los equipos de las salas de sistemas, el cual se convierte en una herramienta de gran utilidad para que los docentes lo incorporen en su diario trabajo sin necesidad de ser expertos en el tema. Se abordan conceptos y procesos b?sicos y fundamentales al servicio de una educaci?n de calidad, como principios y responsabilidades frente a la labor formativa de los estudiantes. The present investigation was developed in the Educational Institution "Jes?s Mar?a Aguirre Charry", Ciudadela Educativa headquarters of the municipality of Aipe in the department of Huila, with the objective of the importance of building a preventive and corrective manual of the technological equipment at the service of the educative community. From a quantitative methodology the problem is explored, the pertinent information is collected, it is designed by means of a survey that was applied to the teachers, to investigate the knowledge that they have in the matter of use and implementation of the computers and virtual and educational platforms in the classroom of class. The analysis and interpretation of the information and the results obtained lead to the need to design a preventive and corrective manual of the technological equipment of the Institution, specifically for the equipment of the systems rooms, which becomes a tool of great useful for teachers to incorporate in their daily work without needing to be experts in the subject. Fundamental and fundamental concepts and processes are addressed at the service of a quality education, as principles and responsibilities in front of the formative work of the students.
