El presente trabajo de investigaci?n analiza los roles y las percepciones que tienen los docentes de la Instituci?n Educativa Santa Rosa sobre el modelo de gesti?n de calidad a partir de una estudio cuantitativo y otro cualitativo; la primera parte consisti? en la aplicaci?n de encuestas para conocer las percepciones que tienen del modelo de gesti?n de calidad por parte de un grupo de 35 docente, mientras que la segunda parte consisti? en aplicar una entrevista semiestructurada para conocer los acuerdos y diferencias existentes entre los docentes acerca del funcionamiento del modelo, ambas con relaci?n al r?gimen de contrataci?n del docente con el estado. Por tanto, se caracteriz? los estatutos docentes que rigen al conjunto de docentes para identificar su influencia en la consecuci?n de los objetivos del SGC y utilizarlo como insumo para la formulaci?n de una estrategia de implementaci?n del SGC en la instituci?n a forma de modelo. Finalmente, se establece que las percepciones se relacionan con la capacidad para participar de las actividades propuestas dentro de la instituci?n concernientes al modelo y el conocimiento que se tiene del mismo, adem?s, que la participaci?n y la comunicaci?n son dos factores que pueden contribuir al mejoramiento de las fallas que presenta la estrategia de implementaci?n actual.
This paper analyzes the roles and perceptions of the teachers of the Santa Rosa Educational Institution on the quality management model based on a quantitative and qualitative study; The first part consisted in the application of surveys to know the perceptions they have of the quality management model by a group of 35 teachers, while the second part consisted in applying a semi-structured interview to know the agreements and differences between the Teachers about the functioning of the model, both in relation to the contracting regime of the teacher with the state. Therefore, it was characterized the teaching statutes that govern the set of teachers to identify their influence on the achievement of the objectives of the GSC and use it as input for the formulation of a strategy of implementation of the GSC in the institution as a model. Finally, it is established that the perceptions are related to the capacity to participate in the proposed activities within the institution concerning the model and the knowledge that it has of the same, in addition, that the participation and the communication are two factors that can contribute to the improvement Of the flaws presented by the current implementation strategy.
