El presente trabajo tuvo por finalidad, dise?ar e implementar una propuesta de gesti?n administrativa para el mejoramiento de los procesos acad?micos, en la Instituci?n Educativa Distrital Santa Martha, en Bogot?. Se utiliz? una investigaci?n cuantitativa, con un m?todo no experimental. Dentro de la poblaci?n se recurri? a los testimonios de docentes de la instituci?n Educativa Distrital Santa Martha y para ello se abordaron la encuesta escala Likert y la matriz DOFA. Dentro de las conclusiones se encontr? que, en los procesos acad?micos de la gesti?n administrativa en la Instituci?n Educativa Distrital Santa Martha, en Bogot?, se presenta en el proceso de sistematizaci?n de las actas de seguimiento un 48% contest? que casi siempre realizan esta actividad, sin embargo, un 32% de los consultados no llevan a cabo esta actividad. Adem?s, se constat? que un 84% de los docentes consultados realiza procesos de actualizaci?n de c?mo evaluar, no obstante, un 16% no lo hace; igual sucede con las actas de seguimiento, la mayor?a sigue este protocolo, pero un 12 % no realiza esta actividad de seguimiento en la instituci?n educativa. Por su parte, se encontr? que un 52 % de los docentes actualiza los registros acad?micos de los estudiantes y realizan su respectivo control como son: el observador y los informes acad?micos; por su parte un 44 % tambi?n realiza dichos seguimientos.
The purpose of this work was to design and implement an administrative management proposal for the improvement of academic processes at the Santa Martha. District Educational Institution in Bogot?. Quantitative research was used, with a non- experimental method. Within the population, the testimonies of teachers from the Santa Marta District Educational Institution were use and for this purpose, the Likert scale survey and the DOFA matrix were addressed. Among the conclusions, it was found: on the academic processes in the administrative management of the Santa Marta District Educational Institution, in Bogot?, it was found that the process of systematization of the monitoring acts 48% answered that they almost always carry out this activity, without however, 32% of those consulted do not carry out this activity. Furthermore, it was found that 84% of the teachers consulted carry out updating processes on how to evaluate, however, 16% do not; the same happens with the monitoring reports, most follow this protocol, but 12 % do not carry out this monitoring activity in the educational institution. On the other hand, it was found 52% of the teachers update the academic records of the students and carry out their respective control such as the observer and the academic reports; meanwhile, 44% also carry out these follow- ups.
