La presente investigaci?n tuvo como objetivo general; analizar la gesti?n acad?mica administrativa relacionados con los proyectos educativos de la instituci?n educativa Normal Superior de Momp?s. Esta investigaci?n se desarroll? con metodolog?a mixta o cualicuantitativa, con dise?o no experimental, para lo cual, con fundamento en: Chiavenato (1993), Drucker (1969), Habermas (1981), entre otros. Se aplic? una encuesta tipo Likert, con 12 ?tems, la poblaci?n sujeto de estudio estuvo conformada por 47 sujetos; 46 fueron docentes y el director de la IE, quien fue el informante clave para la etapa cualitativa sustentada en el an?lisis documental. Los resultados evidenciaron que, la escasa sensibilizaci?n desde la gerencia educativa acerca del y los Proyectos Educativos Institucional, que de ?l surgen, limita el compromiso del cuerpo docente y de la comunidad educativa en general para participar en su desarrollo. Asimismo, los proyectos educativos se han formulado y actualmente sirven como fundamento de algunas acciones formativa, sin embargo, no est?n articulados a nivel curricular. La comprensi?n de su valor en t?rminos del desarrollo institucional es muy escasa en la comunidad educativa. En conclusi?n, los docentes no cuentan con claridad conceptual, ni metodol?gica acerca de los proyectos educativos, su gesti?n acad?mica ni administrativa. La escasa sensibilizaci?n desde la gerencia educativa acerca del Proyecto Educativo Institucional y los Proyectos Educativos que de ?l surgen, limita el compromiso del cuerpo docente y de la comunidad educativa en general para participar en su desarrollo, los proyectos educativos no est?n articulados a nivel curricular. La comprensi?n de su valor en t?rminos del desarrollo institucional, es muy escasa en la comunidad educativa, la gesti?n acad?mica, administrativa y de proceso de los proyectos educativos de la IE Normal de Momp?s, presentan fragilidad, requiriendo el fortalecimiento de la organizaci?n y planificaci?n de los recursos tanto materiales como de capital humano, que limitan su cumplimiento.
The general objective of this research was to analyze the academic and administrative management related to the educational projects of the Normal Superior de Momp?s educational institution. This research was developed with a mixed or qualitative-quantitative methodology, with a non-experimental design, for which it was theoretically based on: Chiavenato (1993), Drucker (1969), Habermas (1981), among others. A Likert-type survey was applied, with 12 items, the subject population consisted of 47 subjects (46 were teachers and 1 was the director of the IE, who was the key informant for the qualitative stage based on the documentary analysis). The results showed that the lack of awareness from the educationalmanagement about the Institutional Educational Projects that arise from it, limits the commitment of the teaching staff and the educational community in general to participate in its development. Likewise, the educational projects have been formulated and currently serve as the basis for some formative actions, however, they are not articulated at the curricular level. The understanding of their value in terms of institutional development is very scarce in the educational community. In conclusion, teachers do not have conceptual or methodological clarity about educational projects, their academic or administrative management. The lack of awareness from the educational management about the Institutional Educational Project and the Educational Projects that arise from it, limits the commitment of the teaching staff and the educational community in general to participate in their development. The understanding of their value in terms of institutional development is very scarce in the educational community, the academic, administrative and process management of he educational projects of the IE Normal de Momp?s, present inconsistencies, requiring the strengthening of the organization and planning of both material and human capital resources, which limit their fulfillment.
