En Cap?tulo I, expone las necesidades e intereses institucionales sobre competencias y en consecuencia, se plantean objetivos coherentes para analizar el impacto de implementar una estrategia did?ctica por competencias en el ?rea de matem?ticas que permitan evaluar el avance de la calidad de la educaci?n de una instituci?n oficial en la ciudad de Bogot?. En el cap?tulo II, se tiene en cuenta teor?as desarrolladas al rededor competencias y las directrices del Ministerio de Educaci?n Nacional Colombiano. As? mismo, se evidencian alianzas de pa?ses Europeos y de Latino Am?rica que han adoptado la teor?a de competencias como herramienta para el mejoramiento de la calidad de la educaci?n. Se retoman investigaciones en competencias de pa?ses como Espa?a y M?xico. En el cap?tulo III, se expone la propuesta de tesis e investigaci?n para la Instituci?n Educativa Distrital, en ella se exponen los antecedentes de investigaci?n, objetivos, recursos, cronograma y bibliograf?a necesarios para el proceso y desarrollo. En el cap?tulo IV, se define la estrategia metodol?gica de la investigaci?n hol?stica no estructurada. Con ella, se busca dar cuenta de las competencias particulares de este trabajo de investigaci?n como: motivaci?n, comprensi?n de instrucciones, uso de materiales, desarrollo de la competencia en contexto, el trabajo en equipo, soluci?n de problemas y ?xito de la tarea. La estrategia did?ctica est? conformada por tres talleres que aportan complejidad creciente permiten seguimiento a competencias cuyo referente son los Derechos B?sicos de Aprendizaje del Ministerio de Educaci?n Nacional, en cuanto a resoluci?n de problemas y razonamiento l?gico. En el cap?tulo V, se presenta el an?lisis cualitativo de resultados de las competencias observadas por el investigador. De igual manera, se presenta el comparativo de primera y segunda prueba por competencias; con dichos resultados, se da respuesta a la pregunta problema expuesta. El cap?tulo VI, presenta las conclusiones correspondientes con los resultados de la investigaci?n al igual que las sugerencias de mejoramiento.
In Chapter I, exposes the needs and institutional interests on competences and consequently, coherent objectives are set to analyze the impact of implementing a didactic strategy by competences in the area of mathematics that allow to evaluate the advance of the quality of education of an institution official in the city of Bogot?. In chapter II, theories developed around competences and the guidelines of the Colombian Ministry of National Education are taken into account. Likewise, there are evidences of alliances of European and Latin American countries that have adopted the theory of competences as a tool for the improvement of the quality of education. Research is resumed in competitions in countries such as Spain and Mexico. In chapter III, the thesis and research proposal for the District Educational Institution is exposed, in which the research background, objectives, resources, chronogram and bibliography necessary for the process and development are exposed. In chapter IV, the methodological strategy of unstructured holistic research is defined. With it, it seeks to account for the particular skills of this research work such as: motivation, understanding of instructions, use of materials, development of competence in context, teamwork, problem solving and success of the task. The didactic strategy is made up of three workshops that contribute increasing complexity to follow-up on competences whose reference is the Basic Rights of Learning of the Ministry of National Education, in terms of solving problems and logical reasoning. Chapter V, presents the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the results of the competencies observed by the researcher. In the same way, the comparison of first and second tests by competences is presented; with these results, the answer to the question problem is given. Chapter VI, presents the corresponding conclusions with the results of the research as well as suggestions for improvement.
