El presente informe investigativo tiene como objetivo general; la propuesta de modificaci?n del sistema de evaluaci?n cardenista SIDEC teniendo en cuenta el decreto 1290 y los par?metros establecidos por el ministerio de educaci?n MEN de la INSTITUCION EDUCATIVA MUNICIPAL MANUEL HUMBERTO CARDENAS VELEZ de Fusagasug? Colombia , con el fin de mejorar procesos de ense?anza y aprendizaje de los educandos, teniendo en cuenta la fundamentaci?n te?rica del modelo que nos permite una base para la construcci?n del sistema evaluativo, adem?s se hace necesario determinar la opini?n de los educadores, la estructura y operatividad del sistema evaluativo actual, con el fin de sistematizar la informaci?n obtenida de encuestas a los educadores y finalmente formular el sistema de evaluaci?n pertinente al proceso educativo de los educandos.
The present investigative report has as its general objective; the proposed modification of the institutional evaluation system Cardenista SIDEC taking into account decree 1290 and the parameters established by the Ministry of Education MEN of the MUNICIPAL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTE MANUEL HUMBERTO CARDENAS VELEZ of Fusagasug? Colombia, in order to improve teaching and learning processes of the students, taking into account the theoretical foundation of the model that allows us a basis for the construction of the evaluation system, it is also necessary to determine the opinion of the educators, the structure and operation of the current evaluation system, in order to systematize the information obtained from surveys to educators and finally formulate the evaluation system relevant to the educational process of the students.
