La presente investigaci?n tiene como prop?sito PROPONER ESTRATEGIAS DE ENSE?ANZA Y DE APRENDIZAJE QUE ARTICULEN EL PEI CON LAS PR?CTICAS EDUCATIVAS QUE SE HAN VENIDO DESARROLLANDO EN LAS AULAS DE CLASES EN LA I.E. HATILLO DE LOBA, se origina a partir de la observaci?n de las pr?cticas educativas que se realizan actualmente al interior de las aulas de clase de la instituci?n, las cuales no concretan lo establecido en el PEI. El estudio plantea una revisi?n documental espec?ficamente del modelo pedag?gico que se ha declarado la I.E. Hatillo de Loba como eje de desarrollo curricular. La investigaci?n se apoya en el paradigma cualitativo, para comprender y describir la situaci?n planteada. Se propone la metodolog?a de una investigaci?n descriptiva y de campo, apoyado en un estudio documental que facilite el an?lisis del PEI y el modelo pedag?gico institucionales. Se utilizaron las t?cnicas de observaci?n y la revisi?n bibliogr?fica (fichas). Con base a los resultados se plantea una propuesta de soluci?n para articular el PEI como fundamento de la pr?ctica educativa en la Instituci?n Educativa Hatillo De Loba.
The purpose of the present research is to propose teaching and learning strategies that articulate the IEP with the educational practices that have been developed in classrooms in the I.E. HATILLO DE LOBA, originates from the observation of the educational practices currently taking place inside the classrooms of the institution, which do not specify what is established in the IEP. The study proposes a documentary review specifically of the pedagogical model that has been declared the I.E. Hatillo de Loba as an axis of curriculum development. The research is based on the qualitative paradigm, to understand and describe the situation. The methodology of descriptive and field research is proposed, supported by a documentary study that facilitates the analysis of the IEP and the institutional pedagogical model. Observational techniques and bibliographic review (tabs) were used. Based on the results, a proposed solution is proposed to articulate the IEP as the foundation of the educational practice at the Hatillo De Loba Educational Institution
