El presente proyecto se llev? a cabo en el colegio San Martin de Tours, instituci?n de car?cter privado, ubicado en el Municipio de Sogamoso, con el fin dar una propuesta de planeaci?n estrat?gica sobre inclusi?n y necesidades educativas especiales en conjunto con la toda la comunidad educativa que favorezcan la atenci?n e inclusi?n de ni?os con discapacidad. La investigaci?n se centra en el tipo mixto de triangulaci?n propuesto por (Denzin, 1970) y Cowman (1993), usualmente cualitativo y cuantitativo para direccionar el problema de investigaci?n. En agosto de 2016 se tom? una muestra de 45 encuestas (15 padres de familia, 25 docentes y 5 del personal de servicios generales) para identificar el grado de importancia de promover la investigaci?n en el colegio. Surge el reto de atender a los ni?os con necesidades educativas especiales de la Instituci?n Educativa San Martin de Tours dentro del aula regular, donde toda la comunidad educativa promueva la implementaci?n de estrategias que favorezcan la labor y faciliten el proceso de ense?anza-aprendizaje de la inclusi?n educativa, desarrollando comportamientos constructivos, basados en la teor?a de Vygotsky que hacen posible interactuar con los dem?s de manera correcta y adecuada, esta habilidad permite afirmar el conocimiento de s? mismo, creando la identidad propia para producir cambios en el entorno y fomentar la cooperaci?n a trav?s de las ayudas mutuas.
The present project was carried out in the school San Martin de Tours, private institution, located in the Municipality of Sogamoso, in order to give a proposal of strategic planning on inclusion and special educational needs together with the whole educational community That favor the care and inclusion of children with disabilities. The research focuses on the mixed type of triangulation proposed by (Denzin, 1970) and Cowman (1993), usually qualitative and quantitative to address the research problem. A sample of 45 surveys (15 parents, 25 teachers and 5 general service staff) were taken in August 2016 to identify the degree of importance of promoting research in school. The challenge of attending children with special educational needs of the San Martin de Tours Educational Institution arises in the regular classroom, where the whole educational community promotes the implementation of strategies that favor the work and facilitate the teaching-learning process of inclusion Constructive behaviors, based on Vygotsky's theory that make it possible to interact with others in a correct and adequate way, this ability allows to affirm self-knowledge, creating one's own identity to produce changes in the environment and foster cooperation to Mutual aid.
