El aprendizaje de un segundo idioma hoy en d?a es algo que no debe tomarse a la ligera. Mundialmente hablando, se requiere de profesionales competentes no solo en su campo de acci?n laboral sino en un segundo, o inclusive tercer idioma. La ense?anza del idioma ingl?s es un proceso que requiere de docentes altamente calificados en este campo no solo en los aspectos pedag?gicos y propios del idioma, sino con unas habilidades que permitan llevar un paso m?s all? la ense?anza del idioma ingl?s y garanticen la excelencia en el proceso. Por este motivo, la siguiente investigaci?n tuvo como objetivo principal el an?lisis de la relaci?n entre los elementos pedag?gicos y propios del idioma ingl?s requeridos para la ense?anza de este, y la administraci?n y planificaci?n educativa. Adem?s, el identificar el c?mo la administraci?n y planificaci?n educativa pueden mejorar el proceso de ense?anza del idioma ingl?s. En total se supervis? el proceso de cuatro docentes de ingl?s, que corresponden al proceso de ense?anza de 47 estudiantes de licenciatura en pedagog?a infantil y 31 de T?cnica profesional en operaciones administrativas y financieras de la salud, 4 entrevistas en total, relacionadas con el proceso de ense?anza del idioma ingl?s realizado por parte de los docentes. Los datos recolectados permitieron caracterizar las concepciones de administraci?n educativa en relaci?n con la ense?anza del idioma ingl?s en el contexto de la Fundaci?n Universitaria U compensar de Villavicencio.
Nowadays the learning of a second language is something that must be taken seriously. Globally speaking, more professionals who are competent not only in their field of work but also in a second or even a third language are required. The teaching process of the English language is a process that demands not only teachers with ahigh level of competence in English and highly qualified to apply different pedagogical approaches correctly but also with a set of skills that allow them to go beyond the expectations and guarantee the success and excellence of the teaching process. Because of this, the following investigation has as main goal the analysis of the relationship between the pedagogical elements and the elements of the English language required to teach English and the Educational Administration and Planning. Also, it is intended to identify how the Educational Administration and Planning can improve the teaching process of the English language. In total, the process of four English teachers was supervised, corresponding to the teaching process of 47 undergraduate students of the Child Pedagogy program and 31 in Professional Technique in Administrative and Financial Health Operations,four interviews in total about the process of English language teaching carried out by the teachers. The datcollected allowed to characterize the conceptions of educational administration in relation to the teaching of the English language in the context of the Ucompensar University Foundation in Villavicencio.
