Esta es una investigaci?n descriptiva con enfoque cualitativo, desarrollada en el Banco Agrario de Colombia, en su sede La Plata Huila. Se realiz? con el prop?sito de conocer las percepciones de sus empleados sobre el clima laboral, para adelantar sugerencias sobre un plan de mejora. Se realizaron entrevistas a 18 empleados, de igual manera se realizaron conversatorios y observaciones no participantes sobre situaciones inusuales que se presentaban y que aportan para describir el ambiente laboral en esta entidad. Tambi?n se aplic? al Gerente de la misma, una entrevista semi-estructurada, pero fundamentada en cuatro aspectos b?sicos as?: debilidades, fortalezas y aciertos, de su acci?n frente a la necesidad de mejorar el clima laboral. Lo cual permiti? realizar algunas recomendaciones importantes respecto a; motivaci?n, gesti?n y eventos para mejorar. La investigaci?n le aporta a la cualificaci?n del ambiente laboral de la instituci?n Banco Agrario de Colombia, espec?ficamente en la sede La Plata y de hecho tiene un impacto a nivel regional.
This is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach, developed at the Banco Agrario de Colombia, at its headquarters in La Plata Huila. It was carried out with the purpose of knowing the perceptions of its employees about their organizational and work environment, in order to make suggestions about an improvement plan. Interviews were conducted with 18 employees, in the same way conversations and non-participant observations were made about unusual situations that occurred and that contribute to describe the work environment in this entity. A semi-structured interview was also applied to the Manager of the same, but based on four basic aspects like this: weaknesses, strengths and successes, of his action against the need to improve the working environment. This allowed some important recommendations to be made regarding; motivation, management and events to improve. The research contributes to the qualification of the work environment of the Banco Agrario de Colombia institution, specifically at the La Plata headquarters and in fact has an impact at the regional level.
