La investigaci?n que se realiza entre 2015 a 2018, busca determinar mediante un estudio descriptivo y comparativo, la disposici?n y expectativa de los docentes de las Instituciones Educativas (I.E) de Ibagu? (Colombia), sobre la incorporaci?n de la ?tica profesional, como un componente fundamental para su desempe?o laboral; as? como incorporar procesos, con pr?cticas reflexivas e inteligencias m?ltiples, como recursos pedag?gicos que faciliten su formaci?n integral, mejoramiento o cualificaci?n personal; al mismo tiempo, promueve el desarrollo de competencias ?ticas para su desempe?o profesional. Estos recursos, ser?n direccionados a trav?s de un c?rculo de mejoramiento de la calidad del docente, en el cual se elaboran, aplican y validan instrumentos metodol?gicos propios, para facilitar el proceso de autoevaluaci?n. El enfoque epistemol?gico hol?stico permite tomar e integrar los esfuerzos, valores y normas para tal fin. El trabajo realizado a trav?s de estos c?rculos, posibilitan la auto cr?tica, la vivencia y transmisi?n de valores espec?ficos en las ?reas obligatorias seg?n la Ley 115 y programas seg?n la Ley 30 en la Educaci?n Superior. Los aportes son fundamentales, en programas de calidad y formaci?n continua de los docentes, adscritos a la Secretar?a de Educaci?n y tambi?n como propuesta metodol?gica de autoevaluaci?n.
The research carried out between 2015 and 2018, seeks to determine through a descriptive and comparative study, the disposition and expectation of the teachers of the Educational Institutions (IE) of Ibagu? (Colombia), on the incorporation of professional ethics, as a component fundamental for his work performance; as well as incorporate processes, with reflexive practices and multiple intelligences, as pedagogical resources that facilitate their integral formation, improvement or personal qualification; At the same time, it promotes the development of ethical competences for their professional performance. These resources will be addressed through a circle of improvement of the quality of the teacher, in which they elaborate, apply and validate their own methodological instruments, to facilitate the self-evaluation process. The holistic epistemological approach allows to take and integrate the efforts, values and norms for that purpose. The work carried out through these circles enables the self-criticism, the experience and transmission of specific values in the compulsory areas according to Law 115 and programs according to Law 30 in Higher Education. The contributions are fundamental, in quality programs and continuous training of teachers, assigned to the Ministry of Education and also as a methodological proposal of self-evaluation.
