Este trabajo fue desarrollado con el objetivo de determinar el liderazgo como mecanismo indispensable en la efectividad del docente de la Instituci?n Educativa T?cnica de Firavitoba. Con este prop?sito fue desarrollada una investigaci?n bajo los lineamientos de un enfoque positivista, paradigma cuantitativo, de tipo descriptiva, con un dise?o no experimental de campo. La muestra estuvo conformada por 100 estudiantes de bachillerato de diversos grados y por 6 docentes de la Instituci?n Educativa T?cnica de Firavitoba, Boyac?. Los resultados evidencian que se cumple con el objetivo general donde los estudiantes quieren docentes ambiciosos, inquietos, potenciar la cultural, con altas expectativas, que se apropien de la educaci?n y trabajen para conseguir las mejores metas incentiv?ndolos y sea de esta manera, una mejor escuela, se sustentan las estad?sticas reflejando un 85% del enfoque en la problem?tica de liderazgo y efectividad docente al interior del aula; mediante este estudio se hace un muestreo intencional, con ello se aporta a la discusi?n sobre los procesos pedag?gicos, sus alcances y limitaciones. Se gener? un gran impacto en el aprendizaje de los estudiantes en la instituci?n educativa y se cumpli? con esta meta, buscando la generalizaci?n de los resultados, aportando m?todos para el mejoramiento del compromiso del l?der docente, se realizaron charlas, seminarios, capacitaciones presenciales y virtuales a los docentes; desarrollando cuestionarios tipo encuesta bas?ndose en la organizaci?n social de la educaci?n. Luego de implementada la metodolog?a en la cual hubo gran colaboraci?n por parte de docentes y estudiantes y a la vez con los resultados de las encuestas realizadas, concluyendo que se deben asignar responsabilidades claras para mejorar la calidad docente estableciendo normas fomentando el buen uso de los recursos, se requiere la mejor formaci?n docente, ellos son el elemento clave del sistema para el buen ejercicio y mejora de la calidad educativa en la instituci?n.
This work was developed with the objective of determining leadership as anindispensable mechanism in the effectiveness of the teacher of the Technical Educational Institution of Firavitoba. For this purpose, an investigation was developed under the guidelines of a positivist approach, a quantitative paradigm, of a descriptive type, with a non-experimental field design. The sample consisted of 100 high school students of various grades and 6 teachers from the Technical Educational Institution of Firavitoba, Boyac?. The results show that the general objective is met where students want ambitious, restless teachers, promote the cultural, with high expectations, who take ownership of education and work to achieve the best goals by encouraging them and in this way, a better school , the statistics are supported reflecting 85% of the focus on the problem of leadership and teaching effectiveness within the classroom; Through this study, an intentional sampling is made, thereby contributing to the discussion of pedagogical processes, their scope and limitations. A great impact was generated on the learning of the students in the educational institution and this goal was met, seeking the generalization of the results, providing methods to improve the commitment of the teacher leader, talks, seminars, face-to-face and virtual trainings were held to teachers; survey-type questionnaires are developed based on the social organization of education. After carrying out the methodology in which there was great collaboration on the part ofteachers and students and at the same time with the results of the surveys carried out, concluding that clear responsibilities should be assigned to improve teaching quality by establishing norms promoting the good use of resources, the best teacher training is required, they are the key element of the system for the proper exercise and improvement of educational quality in the institution.
