La presente monograf?a fue realizada determinar la efectividad de la Oficina de Capacitaci?n del Servicio de Protecci?n Institucional, por lo que conceptualizaremos en dos aspectos fundamentales: primero, referido a la tarea del sector educativo para preparar y formar a las personas con el objeto de incorporarlas al mercado laboral, lo que representa la capacitaci?n para el trabajo y el segundo aspecto, corresponde a las actividades que realizan las empresas para la formaci?n integral del personal que desempe?a un trabajo en la organizaci?n. Adem?s, la capacitaci?n continua es la oportunidad perfecta que los funcionarios de la instituci?n ampl?en sus conocimientos. Sin embargo, muchas instituciones encuentran costosos los programas disponibles en el mercado. Ahora bien, este estudio se est? efectuando por la necesidad que existe, en conocer con que efectividad se est?n produciendo las capacitaciones continuas a los miembros del Servicio de Protecci?n Institucional. No obstante, es de suma importancia se?alar y comparar las necesidades que mantiene la instituci?n, los resultados que requiere la autoridad m?xima, sus familiares y la ciudadan?a; mientras por otra parte conocer la realidad con que cuenta nuestra instituci?n. Al final de este estudio se concluye que los datos lograron determinar los elementos que debe contener el programa de capacitaci?n para los estamentos de seguridad, los cuales se obtuvieron en los durante la investigaci?n. Seg?n las necesidades se hace evidente reforzar la actitud en las capacitaciones debido a que deben ser m?s continuas. Tambi?n se hace indiscutible que se debe actualizar las estrategias de ense?anza y crear un mismo plan formato por parte de la direcci?n de docencia y se comprob? que los funcionarios que no se capacitan, esto hace que tengan dificultad al momento de desenvolverse eficazmente en sus funciones con sus otros compa?eros y no se siga un mismo plan de trabajo, trayendo consigo o el incumplimiento de objetivos.
This monograph was carried out to determine the effectiveness of the Training Office of the Institutional Protection Service, so we will conceptualize in two fundamental aspects: first, referring to the task of the education sector to prepare and train people in order to incorporate them into the labor market, which represents job training and the second aspect corresponds to the activities carried out by companies for the comprehensive training of personnel who perform a job in the organization. Furthermore, continuous training is the perfect opportunity for the institution's officials to expand their knowledge. However, many institutions find the programs available on the market expensive. Now, this study is being carried out because of the need that exists, to know how effectively the continuous training is being produced for the members of the Institutional Protection Service. However, it is of utmost importance to point out and compare the needs that the institution maintains, the results required by the highest authority, their family members and the public; while on the other hand know the reality that our institution has. At the end of this study, it is concluded that the data were able to determine the elements that the training program for security forces should contain, which were obtained during the investigation. According to the needs, it becomes evident to reinforce the attitude in the trainings because they must be more continuous. It is also indisputable that teaching strategies should be updated and the same format plan created by the teaching department and it was found that officials who are not trained, this makes it difficult for them to function effectively in their functions with his other colleagues and does not follow the same work plan, bringing with him or the non-fulfillment of objectives.
