En el presente trabajo de investigaci?n se defini? como objetivo determinar mediante un an?lisis bibliom?trico, el impacto, aportes y tendencia de las herramientas E Learning a nivel globalque brindan las plataformas Web Of Science, PubMed y Scopus en los procesos de formaci?n y capacitaci?n en las organizaciones orientadas a la salud durante el periodo 2017/2021. En lo que respecta al paradigma se opt? por el constructivista ya que trata sobre la manera como se crea y entiende la din?mica educacional, observando diversos modelos educativos en el marco del proceso de capacitaci?n y aprendizaje. En cuanto al tipo de investigaci?n se tuvo en cuenta el tipo Bibliom?trico descriptivo ya que a trav?s de la revisi?n de diversas plataformas virtuales que brindan la opci?n de la herramienta E-Learning se quiere definir aplicabilidad, tendencias y productos que benefician a los usuarios virtuales. Igualmente se escogi? el enfoque cualitativo puesto que examina el conocimiento de algunas situaciones en su contexto natural. En lo concerniente a la t?cnica de investigaci?n se tuvo en cuenta el an?lisis de documentos y como instrumento se procedi? con la gu?a de an?lisis textual que recoge la informaci?n sin ning?n tipo de distorsi?n utilizando las fuentes consultadas. De otra parte, las unidades de estudio estuvieron representadas por las tres plataformas analizadas donde se tuvo en cuenta algunas caracter?sticas espec?ficas que guardan coherencia con los objetivos propuestos. Finalmente y haciendo referencia a los resultados, se llev? a cabo un an?lisis bibliom?trico de las plataformas Web Of Science, PubMed y Scopus en el que se describen: la producci?n cientifica, los autores m?s relevantes las palabras clave y su co-ocurrencia, el n?mero de consultas por autor y los datos de los indicadores H, G y M, entre otros, lo anterior, relacionado con los proceso de capacitaci?n mediante la herramienta E-Learning, en las organizaciones orientadas a la salud.
In the present research work, the objective was to determine, through a bibliometric analysis, the impact, contributions and trend of the E-Learning tools at a global level provided by the Web Of Science, PubMed and Scopus platforms in the training and training processes in the health-oriented organizations during the 2017/2021 period. Regarding the paradigm, the constructivist was chosen since it deals with the way in which educational dynamics are created and understood, observing various educational models within the framework of the training and learning process. Regarding the type of research, the descriptive bibliometric type was taken into account, since through the review of various virtual platforms that offer the option of the E-Learning tool, it is wanted to define applicability, trends and products that benefit virtual users. Likewise, the qualitative approach was chosen since it examines the knowledge of some situations in their natural context. Regarding the research technique, the analysis of documents was taken into account and as an instrument, the textual analysis guide was used, which collects the information without any type of distortion using the sources consulted. On the other hand, the study units were represented by the three platforms analyzed where some specific characteristics were taken into account that are consistent with the proposed objectives. Finally, and referring to the results, a bibliometric analysis of the Web Of Science, PubMed and Scopus platforms was carried out, describing: the scientific production, the most relevant authors, the keywords and their co-occurrence, the number ofconsultations per author and the data of indicators H, G and M, among others, the above, related to the training process through the E-Learning tool, in health-oriented organizations.
