La planificaci?n estrat?gica educativa es importante para los administradores y directores de las instituciones educativas, para poder tener un mejor control en el funcionamiento de estas y una mejor adaptaci?n al cambio; adem?s, permite ofrecer calidad en el servicio. En esta investigaci?n, se incluyen elementos de la gesti?n administrativa, tales como: planeaci?n estrat?gica, organizaci?n administrativa, planes de mejoramiento, y supervisi?n de elementos importantes para el buen funcionamiento de las Instituciones Educativas. Esta pesquisa permite identificar el estado actual del funcionamiento de la I.E. La Armon?a, y c?mo la planeaci?n estrat?gica da su aporte en la organizaci?n administrativa de la instituci?n, a cada una de sus gestiones en las que est? organizada. Elaborando el planteamiento problema, se pudo argumentar el marco referencial de la investigaci?n, antecedentes, marco te?rico y marco normativo. Para llevar a cabo el marco metodol?gico, se tienen en cuenta a la comunidad educativa de la I.E. La Armon?a y a quienes est?n involucrados en el funcionamiento institucional. La informaci?n obtenida de las muestras, encuestas y entrevistas, permiti? analizar e interpretar el funcionamiento de la instituci?n, y c?mo es percibida la organizaci?n de manera positiva y negativa. Finalmente, las conclusiones y recomendaciones fueron elaboradas con base en los resultados obtenidos en la investigaci?n.
Strategic educational planning is important for administrators and directors of educational institutions to have better control over the operation of these and better adaptation to change; allows to offer quality service. In this research they include elements of Administrative management, such as strategic planning, administrative organization, improvement plans, and supervision, important elements for the proper functioning of Educational Institutions. This research allows us to identify the current state of the functioning of the I.E. Harmony, and how strategic planning contributes to the administrative organization of the institution to each of its efforts in which it is organized. By elaborating the problem approach, the referential framework of the research, antecedents, theoretical framework and normative framework could be argued. To carry out the methodological framework, the educational community of the I.E. is taken into account. Harmony and who are involved in the institutional operation. The information obtained from the samples, surveys and interviews, allowed us to analyze and interpret the operation of the institution, and how the organization is perceived in a positive and negative way. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations were prepared based on the results obtained in the research.
