La ense?anza y el aprendizaje desde la perspectiva del maestro

La educaci?n como fundamento esencial de la sociedad debe ser percibida desde una concepci?n individual que se ajuste a las realidades e individualidades de cada sujeto, de acuerdo a sus necesidades y habilidades espec?ficas, as?, cuando los procesos de ense?anza y aprendizaje parten desde y hacia la construcci?n del individuo, no solo se desarrollan estrategias, herramientas y m?todos de ense?anza consientes y ajustables, sino tambi?n, aprendizajes que van m?s all? de la simple asimilaci?n y asociaci?n de las cosas, pasando a un plano integral que posibilita la acomodaci?n y con ello la comprensi?n significativa de los objetos, esto lo planteo desde mi concepci?n y percepci?n como docente de aula, de lo que debe ser la educaci?n y en ella, los procesos de ense?anza y aprendizaje, para ello, en el presente ensayo, analizo, cito y reflexiono sobre los planteamientos que al respecto del proceso ense?anza han escrito autores como: Durkheim, Morin y Granata, entre otros; as? mismo, la concepci?n psicol?gica y pedag?gica del proceso aprendizaje escrito por autores como: Monereo, Garces y cl?sicos como: Kant, Piaget, Vygotsky, Ausubel y Bruner; como se apreciar, se trata de un ensayo argumentativo en donde establezco mi postura sobre la ense?anza y la educaci?n actual.
Education as an essential foundation of society must be perceived from an individual conception that adjusts to the realities and individualities of each subject, according to their specific needs and abilities, thus, when the teaching and learning processes start from and towards the construction of the individual, not only conscious and adjustable strategies, tools and teaching methods are developed, but also learning that goes beyond the simple assimilation and association of things, moving to an integral plane that enables accommodation and with it the meaningful understanding of objects, I propose this from my conception and perception as a classroom teacher, of what education should be and in it, the teaching and learning processes, for this, in this essay, I analyze, quote and reflect on the approaches that in this regard Authors such as Durkheim, Morin and Granata, among others, have written about the teaching process; likewise, the psychological and pedagogical conception of the teaching process written by authors such as: Monereo, Garces and classics such as: Kant, Piaget, Vygotsky, Ausubel and Bruner; As you can see, it is an argumentative essay where I establish my position on teaching and current education.
