Presente investigaci?n tuvo como prop?sito medular analizar el desarrollo estrat?gico de la responsabilidad social empresarial de la Instituci?n Educativa Soledad Acosta de Samper del departamento de Bol?var durante el a?o escolar 2017. Te?ricamente se fundament? en los planteamientos de Sancho (2014), Pujadas (2012), Romero, Basanta y Romero (2012). Desde el enfoque paradigm?tico se asumi? la postura de la fenomenolog?a interpretativa, y la tradici?n cualitativa de la etnograf?a cl?sica, se aplic? una entrevista para percibir la problem?tica desde el punto de vista de tres (3) informantes claves, entre ellos el rector, un coordinador y un docente de la instituci?n, cuya validez se adquiri? a trav?s de la triangulaci?n de fuente. De esta forma, las categor?as y subcategor?as emergentes dan por sentado que se necesitan pr?cticas para el proceso de la responsabilidad social, por ello surge la propuesta denominada lineamientos para el fortalecimiento de la responsabilidad social empresarial desde la estrategia PLORDICO. The purpose of this research was to analyze the strategic development of corporate social responsibility of the Soledad Acosta de Samper Educational Institution in the department of Bol?var during the 2017 school year. Theoretically, it was based on the proposals of Sancho (2014), Pujadas (2012). Romero, Basanta and Romero (2012). From the paradigmatic approach the position of interpretive phenomenology was assumed, and the qualitative tradition of classical ethnography, an interview was applied to perceive the problem from the point of view of three (3) key informants, including the rector, a coordinator and a teacher from the institution, whose validity was acquired through source triangulation. In this way, emerging categories and subcategories assume that practices are needed for the process of social responsibility, which is why the proposal called guidelines for the strengthening of corporate social responsibility comes from the PLORDICO strategy.
