Este desoll? investigativo comprendi? una aproximaci?n a lo que seria los procesos de desarrollo comunicacional en una poblaci?n de docentes y directivos pertenecientes a la Instituci?n Educativa Departamental Rural Santa Cecilia de Paratebueno (Cundinamarca), de modo que los procesos de gesti?n dentro de la instituci?n consiguieran ser reforzados en pro del mejoramiento del colegio como tal, hasta este punto la investigaci?n se justific? partiendo del hecho de que los indicadores de efectividad a nivel institucional dieran fe de que las actividades desarrolladas el interior de la instituci?n terminar?an por ser poco incipientes dentro del quehacer diario de la instituci?n como tal, del mismo modo habr? que mencionar el hecho de que las mesas de trabajo como tal constituidas para forjar los planes de desarrollo institucional habr?an presentado un detrimento en el ejercicio de la instituci?n, perdiendo con ello dinamismo en lo que a los planes acad?micos concierne mediante la aplicaci?n de planes estrat?gicos. Por otra parte, es prudente plantear el hecho de que el objetivo general propuesto para el desarrollo de este proceso investigativo se present? bajo el precepto de generar un plan estrat?gico que permita vincular los sistemas de informaci?n en el mejoramiento de los procesos administrativos en la Instituci?n Educativa Departamental Rural Santa Cecilia de Paratebueno (Cundinamarca). Mientras que la metodolog?a implementada para ello habr?a sido un modelo correspondiente al epist?mico con una investigaci?n de tipo proyectiva y un dise?o de investigaci?n descriptiva. Los resultados encontrados tras esta aplicaci?n de este proceso investigativo permitieron concebir una mejora en lo que ser?an los canales de comunicaci?n entre los docentes y directivos mediante la aplicaci?n de los sistemas de informaci?n, hechos que establecen de manera precisa la conclusi?n de que el planteamiento de los procesos de investigaci?n bajo las TIC bien pueden ser elementos propiciadores del desarrollo y con ello los cambios en la poblaci?n objeto de estudio a la cual se orienta su proceso.
This research development included an approach to what would be the communication development processes in a population of teachers and managers belonging to the Santa Cecilia de Paratebueno Rural Departmental Educational Institution (Cundinamarca), so that the management processes within the institution could be reinforced in favor of the improvement of the school as such, up to this point the research was justified based on the fact that the indicators of effectiveness at the institutional level attest that the activities carried out within the institution would end up being little incipient within the daily work of the institution as such, in the same way it will be necessary to mention the fact that the working groups as such constituted to forge the institutional development plans would have presented a detriment in the exercise of the institution, thus losing dynamism in what to the academic plans concerns through the application of strategic plans. On the other hand, it is prudent to raise the fact that the general objective proposed for the development of this investigative process was presented under the precept of generating a strategic plan that allows linking information systems in the improvement of administrative processes in the Educational Institution Rural Department Santa Cecilia de Paratebueno (Cundinamarca). While the methodology implemented for this would have been a model corresponding to the epistemic with a projective type research and a descriptive research design. The results found after this application of this investigative process allowed conceiving an improvement in what would be the communication channels between teachers and managers through the application of information systems, facts that precisely establish the conclusion that the approach of the Research processes under ICT may well be elements that promote development and thus changes in the population under study to which its process is oriented.
