Uno de los aspectos m?s importantes en la sociedad es la educaci?n integral de los educandos, docentes, administrativos y en general a todas aquellas personas que hacen parte de una comunidad educativa. En las instituciones educativas se viven a diario diferentes circunstancias, ya sea por mala informaci?n, por diferencias personales, por faltas a las normas, inconvenientes, entre otras, las cuales originan conflictos en las organizaciones, por lo que la gesti?n administrativa busca t?cticas para mitigar estos problemas; por tal motivo, el objetivo de estudio es proponer estrategias gerenciales para el manejo de conflictos organizacionales en el Liceo Cooperativo Campestre, por lo cual la pregunta investigativa que surge es ?Cu?les estrategias gerenciales deben configurar un programa orientado al manejo de conflictos organizacionales en el Liceo Cooperativo Campestre de la ciudad de Sogamoso - Boyac?? La investigaci?n tiene un enfoque mixto, por tanto, se emplearon instrumentos de recolecci?n de datos como la encuesta y la entrevista. Y as? plantear una propuesta con la cual se prev? dar soluci?n al fen?meno problem?tico abordado y obtener resultados positivos en la investigaci?n. Finalmente es pertinente que los docentes y los directivos reconozcan la importancia de fortalecer la convivencia con acciones dirigidas tales como: charlas, foros, talleres, entre otras, la cuales se consideran como la base para lograr una integraci?n que tenga como finalidad la formaci?n de docentes con respecto al aspecto de convivencia, adem?s, es importante se?alar que la convivencia escolar contribuye al mejoramiento del clima laboral y ambiente de aula en las instituciones Educativas.
One of the most important aspects in society is the integral education of students, teachers, administrative staff and in general to all those people who are part of the educational community. In educational institutions the circumstances that are experienced daily either by bad information, by personal differences, by faults to the rules, inconveniences, among others, originate conflicts in the organizations and the administrative management looks for tactics to mitigate these problems. The learning objective is to propose management strategies for the management of organizational conflicts in the Cooperativo Campestre Liceo school and the question that arises from the research is, which management strategies must configure a program oriented to the management of organizational conflicts in the Liceo Cooperativo Campestre school, in Sogamoso city - Boyac?? The research has a mixed approach, data collection instruments such as the survey and the interview were used. A proposal is presented with which it is foreseen to solve the problematic phenomenon addressed and obtain positive results in the investigation, finally it is pertinent that the teachers and the directors recognize the importance of strengthening the coexistence, with actions directed as talks, forums, workshops, among other. These will be the basis to achieve an integration that has the purpose of training teachers in the aspecto of coexistence, it is important to point out that school coexistence contributes to the improvement of the work environment and classroom environment in the institutions.
