La pandemia por covid-19, desde un enfoque introductorio al derecho

Description: El objetivo de esta investigaci?n se centr? en conocer los aspectos m?s importantes sobre el impacto que ha tenido el COVID-19 en cuanto a materia de Derecho en la Rep?blica de Panam?. Para ampliar el contenido de esta investigaci?n se realiz? la b?squeda en bibliotecas virtuales y p?ginas web. De tal manera se logr? profundizar en conjunto de leyes y normas que surgieron para establecer el control y el orden en la sociedad y as? poder reducir los contagios aplicando medidas de bioseguridad que se han establecidos mediante leyes y decretos para su obligatorio cumplimiento.
The objective of this research focused on knowing the most important aspects of the impact that COVID-19 has had in terms of law in the Republic of Panama. To expand the content of this research, a search was carried out in virtual libraries and web pages. In this way, it was possible to deepen the set of laws and regulations that emerged to establish control and order in society and thus be able to reduce infections by applying biosafety measures that have been established through laws and decrees for their mandatory compliance.
