Derechos de las personas en tiempo de pandemia por Covid-19 en Panam?

Description: Esta investigaci?n fue realizada a?n en tiempos en que el que se manifiesta la situaci?n de pandemia por la Covid-19, tratando de recopilar informaci?n legal para el conocimiento y educaci?n de c?mo ha sido el proceder del pa?s desde que inicio la pandemia en t?rminos derecho y legislaci?n. Se investig? m?s que nada en diferentes p?ginas web por lo nuevo del tema, tambi?n documentos de revistas en la web y la Gaceta Oficial. Esto nos deja muy claro que los derechos de las personas no se desplazan en tiempos de crisis, se deben respetar y mantener porque son inalienables, indivisibles e interdependientes.
This research was carried out even at a time when the Covid-19 pandemic situation manifests itself, trying to collect legal information for the knowledge and education of how the country has proceeded since the start of the pandemic in terms of law and legislation. It was investigated more than anything in different web pages for the news of the subject, also documents of magazines on the web and the Official Gazette. This makes it very clear to us that people?s rights are not displaced in times of crisis, they must be respected and maintained because they are inalienable, indivisible, and interdependent.
