El Estado de Derecho es el Estado sometido al Derecho, es decir, el Estado cuyo poder y actividad vienen regulados y controlados por la ley. Sin embargo, el Estado de Derecho es el resultado de una doctrina econ?mica, quiere decir, el liberalismo y representa el triunfo de la Burgues?a frente al absolutismo, se considera una conquista hist?rica irreversible. Las normas relativas a la organizaci?n fundamental del Estado reciben el nombre de constituci?n, la cual est? compuesta por las reglas jur?dicas que determinan los ?rganos supremos de este, su modo de creaci?n sus relaciones reciprocas, su competencia y su posici?n de cada uno en relaci?n con el poder del estado.
The rule of law is the state subject to law, that is, the state whose power and activity are regulated and controlled by law. However, the Rule of Law is the result of an economic in doctrine, that is, liberalism and represents the triumph of the Bourgeoisie over absolutism; it is considered an irreversible historical conquest. The norms related to the fundamental organization of the State are called the constitution, which is composed of the legal rules that determine the supreme organs of the State, their mode of creation, their reciprocal relations, their competence and their position of each in relation to the power of the state.
