Este estudio sobre la lectura en el marco temporal, 1950 hasta el presente, sobre los enfoques de lectura institucionalizado como pr?cticas curriculares en Colombia, surge de la investigaci?n, en desarrollo, titulada "Estudio comparativo de la did?ctica de la lectoescritura empleada por los docentes del primer ciclo b?sico y su relaci?n con los resultados de la Prueba SABER 30 de los municipios de Momil y Ci?naga de Oro". El prop?sito es realizar un estado del arte sobre la lectura y la escritura en Colombia. Por ello, se har? un tr?nsito por la historia de la educaci?n en el pa?s; as? mismo los modelos pol?ticos, sociales y culturales se manifiestan en este an?lisis como contexto que condicionan y regulan las pr?cticas pedag?gicas. Tambi?n, este texto presenta varios ac?pites, en los que de manera coherente se pretende dar cuenta de la posici?n del maestro frente a las pol?ticas de gobierno adoptadas en esta materia. Es relevante, conocer la actitud y la posici?n y estilo pedag?gico que asumi? el docente durante los primeros a?os del siglo XX y los que en la actualidad le caracterizan. Finalmente, se presenta las directrices de organismos internacionales, con respecto a las competencias comunicativas, y como estas disposiciones regulan la did?ctica de la ense?anza de la lectura y la escritura en el pa?s. Este punto de cierre, conlleva a repensar la ense?anza de estas habilidades, su pertinencia, lo significativo que resultan estas pol?ticas, y el impacto que han tenido en el desempe?o lector y escritura) de los estudiantes.
This study on reading in the time frame 1950 to the present, on approaches to reading institutionalized as curricular practices in Colombia, arises from research, development, entitled "Comparative study of the teaching of reading and writing used by teachers first basic cycle and its relationship to the results of the SABER 3rd Test from the municipalities of Momil and Ci?naga de Oro ". The purpose is to make a state of the art on reading and writing in Colombia. Therefore, there will be a transit through the history of education in the country; likewise the political, social and cultural patterns are manifested in this analysis as context that influence and regulate teaching practices. Also, this paper presents several paragraphs, in which coherent approach is intended to account for the master position against government policy adopted in this field. It is relevant to know the attitude and position and pedagogical style that took the teacher during the early years of the twentieth century and that today characterize him. Finally, the guidelines of international organizations is presented with respect to communication skills, and how are you provisions governing the teaching of teaching reading and writing in the country. This closing point, leads to rethink teaching these skills, their relevance, how significant are these policies and the impact they have had on the reader and student performance unscriptural.
