El objetivo principal de la investigaci?n ?Evaluaci?n de la estructura organizacional y funcional de la Caja de compensaci?n familiar de C?rdoba del municipio de Monter?a, departamento de C?rdoba?, fue evaluar la estructura organizacional y funcional de la caja de compensaci?n familiar de c?rdoba, con el fin de establecer mejoras en el desempe?o de sus operaciones y/o actividades en pro de una mayor productividad. Se bas? te?ricamente en autores como Guillo (2014) quien considera que ?el organigrama hace posible establecer orden y disciplina en el funcionamiento de la empresa; las ?reas fundamentales quedan perfectamente definidas y atendidas, conociendo qui?n es el responsable de la ejecuci?n de cada tarea o ?rea. El organigrama permite definir perfectamente el funcionamiento y los roles dentro de la organizaci?n, por lo tanto, no se generan disfunciones y exceso de costes, produciendo as? un ahorro de costes?. El paradigma de investigaci?n de base fue el interpretativo, ya que es empleado para investigaciones de car?cter cualitativo o mixto, El enfoque de esta investigaci?n es de car?cter mixto y el m?todo que se utiliz? fue el de estudio de caso, las t?cnicas para su ejecuci?n a emplear fueron la observaci?n directa y entrevistas (estructuradas y no estructuradas), de esta forma se recolect? la informaci?n que fue de gran ayuda para la correcta evaluaci?n de la estructura organizacional y funcional de la Caja de compensaci?n familiar de C?rdoba. En relaci?n al tipo de investigaci?n que se utiliz? como fundamento de esta investigaci?n, fue la tipo descriptivo aplicativo, ya que se pretend?a establecer a trav?s de un estudio de caso la situaci?n organizacional por la que atravesaba la caja de compensaci?n familiar de c?rdoba.
The main objective of the research "Evaluation of the organizational and functional structure of the C?rdoba Family Compensation Fund in the municipality of Monteria, C?rdoba department", was to evaluate the organizational and functional structure of the C?rdoba Family Compensation Fund, with the In order to establish improvements in the performance of its operations and / or activities in favor of greater productivity. The basic research paradigm was the interpretive one, since it is used for qualitative or mixed research. The focus of this research is of a mixed nature and the method used was that of a case study, the techniques for its execution to be used were direct observation and interviews (structured and unstructured), in this way the information that was collected was collected. Was of great help for the correct evaluation of the organizational and functional structure of the Family Compensation Fund of C?rdoba. In relation to the type of research that was used as the basis of this research, it was the descriptive application type, since it was intended to establish through a case study the organizational situation that the Cordoba family compensation fund was going through.
