Este proyecto titulado ?Incidencia del Manual de Funciones y Competencias Laborales en la Gesti?n Administrativa y Operativa de la Empresa de Servicios P?blicos Domiciliarios de Pitalito -Empitalito ESP?. Plante? analizar la incidencia de la actualizaci?n del manual de funciones y competencias laborales en la gesti?n administrativa y operativa de la empresa EMPITALITO ESP. Por consiguiente, este estudio se realiz? para poblaci?n conformada por 67 funcionarios, en el que mediante una muestra intencional se seleccion? a 32 funcionarios de los cuales 25 son empleados oficiales y 7 funcionarios p?blicos, donde los objetivos se lograron mediante la metodolog?a de tipo cuantitativo, en el cual se hizo uso de instrumentos propios de esta investigaci?n, como el cuestionario cerrado y una lista de chequeo. ?stos instrumentos fueron validados por expertos y los hallazgos obtenidos se analizaron mediante el dise?o descriptivo mediante el uso de distribuci?n de frecuencias y medidas de tendencia central como por ejemplo; media, mediada, frecuencia absoluta, frecuencia relativa y porcentajes que permitieron determinar la evoluci?n del antes y despu?s de la actualizaci?n del manual donde se pudo analizar que se logr? identificar factores que afectaban de manera negativa las funcionalidades o cargos de la estructura de la gesti?n administrativa y operativa de la empresa EMPITALITO E.S.P, se pudo identificar la estructura del manual que afectaba el ?rea administrativa y operativa de la empresa, por lo que se actualiz? el manual para el fortalecimiento de las funciones en la gesti?n administrativa y operativa, para posteriormente permitir el eval?o de la actualizaci?n del manual.
This project entitled ?Incidence of the Manual of labor Functions and Competencies in the administrative management of the company of domiciliary public services of Pitalito-Espitalito Espital? He proposed to analyze the incidence of updating the manual of functions and labor competencies in the administrative and operational management of the company EMPITALITO ESP. Therefore, this study was carried out for a population made up of 67 officials, in which an intentional sample selected 32 officials, of which 25 are official employees and 7 were public officials, where the objectives were achieved using the quantitative methodology, in which instruments of this research were used, such as the closed questionnaire and a checklist. These instruments were validated by experts and the findings obtained were analyzed through the descriptive design using the frequency distribution and measures of central tendency such as; mean, mediated, absolute frequency, relative frequency and percentages that allowed determining the evolution of before and after updating the manual, where it was possible to analyze that it was possible to identify factors that negatively affected the functionalities or positions of the administrative management structure and operational of the company EMPITALITO ESP, the structure of the manual that affected the administrative and operational area of the company could be identified, so the manual for the strengthening of the functions in administrative and operational management was updated, to subsequently allow the evaluation of the manual update.
