Este trabajo pretende desarrollar una propuesta de an?lisis de datos de una ficha censal titulada ?Primer Censo educativo Municipal Contigo con todo? que la Secretar?a de Educaci?n de Fusagasug? aplico entre diciembre de 2014 y diciembre de 2015 a todas las familias que habitan el municipio. Sin embargo, el objetivo de la encuesta no se cumpli?, el proceso se vio interrumpido por falta de recursos, se aplicaron 13.811 encuestas las cuales no fueron procesadas. La finalidad de la ficha censal consist?a en ubicar a la poblaci?n en edad escolar que se encontraban fuera del sistema educativo municipal y la demanda potencial de personas de todas las edades hacia dicho sistema con el objetivo de establecer estrategias necesarias para que se involucraran e incentivaran a integrar los diferentes programas y modalidades de estudio ofertadas por las instituciones oficiales. A partir de lo anterior, se genera la idea de crear un formato por medio de un software estad?stico que sirva como herramienta y permita realizar el an?lisis de una muestra con los datos recolectados en este primer censo educativo municipal, de esta forma, proveer a las entidades gubernamentales los resultados de la encuesta y una herramienta que les apoye en la forma de decisiones estrat?gicas, en acciones y mejoras en el proceso educativo del Municipio. Otro de los prop?sitos que deseamos lograr con este proyecto, es permitir que sirva como gu?a y documentaci?n, en cuanto a la metodolog?a para futuros estudios censales que se desarrolle en la Secretar?a de Educaci?n de Fusagasug? y otros Municipios.
This work intends to develop a proposal of data analysis of a census sheet titled "First Municipal Education Census with everything" that the Ministry of Education of Fusagasug? applied between December 2014 and December 2015 to all families living in the municipality. However, the objective of the survey was not met, the process was interrupted due to lack of resources, 13,811 surveys were applied and were not processed. The purpose of the census form was to locate the school-age population that were outside the municipal education system and the potential demand of people of all ages towards that system with the objective of establishing necessary strategies so that they would be involved and incentivized. integrate the different programs and study modalities offered by official institutions. Based on the above, the idea of ??creating a format is generated by means of statistical software that serves as a tool and allows the analysis of a sample with the data collected in this first municipal education census, in this way, to provide the governmental entities the results of the survey and a tool that supports them in the form of strategic decisions, in actions and improvements in the educational process of the Municipality. Another of the purposes that we wish to achieve with this project is to allow it to serve as a guide and documentation, regarding the methodology for future census studies that will be developed in the Ministry of Education of Fusagasug? and other Municipalities.
