El presente proyecto investigativo tiene como objeto, desde la gesti?n acad?mica, implementar el Dise?o Universal de Aprendizaje, para la formaci?n incluyente de los estudiantes del grado quinto de la Instituci?n Educativa PIO XII, del municipio de San Pedro de los Milagros, departamento de Antioquia- Colombia, por medio del dise?o de unidades integradas de aprendizaje mediadas por el uso pedag?gico de las Tecnolog?as para el Aprendizaje y el Conocimiento ? TAC. Se elabor? abordando cuatro fases. La primera, identificar las acciones que la instituci?n ha venido desarrollando en torno a la capacitaci?n de los docentes para la implementaci?n del Dise?o Universal de Aprendizaje ? DUA. La segunda, identificar los avances con respecto a la implementaci?n del DUA y los Plan Individual de Ajustes Razonables - PIAR en la instituci?n educativa. La tercera caracterizar la poblaci?n con diversidad funcional del grado quinto, teniendo en cuenta sus necesidades y sus fortalezas. Por ?ltimo, dise?ar una unidad did?ctica de aprendizaje como una propuesta que permite aplicar estrategias de corte pedag?gico para ayudar a resolver la pregunta que gener? este proyecto investigativo, ?C?mo implementar el concepto del Dise?o Universal de Aprendizaje, para la formaci?n incluyente de los estudiantes del grado quinto de la Instituci?n Educativa PIO XII, del municipio de San Pedro de los Milagros? Se realiz? una revisi?n de antecedentes citando autores de talla internacional como, Sabando, Campa ?lvarez, R, Su?rez Lantar?n, B. y L?pez Medialdea, A. Desde el ?mbito nacional, Ceballos Mercado, B. E., y Acosta Marroqu?n, Jaime Mart?nez, ?, quienes aportan en el tema de la inclusi?n educativa.Finterbusch, Figueroa Zapata, L., Ospina Garc?a, M., y Tuberquia Tabera, J, reflexionan sobre la importancia de la implementaci?n del Dise?o Universal de Aprendizaje y el Plan Individual de Ajustes Razonables. En la categor?a de unidad did?ctica, Fern?ndez et al y Bautista et al. Los autores, Rodr?guez Correa M. y Arroyo Gonz?lez M.J, Garc?s Morales, M, Hern?ndez Vizca?no, D. A, Edimer Leonardo Latorre Iglesias, Katherine Paola Castro Molina e Iv?n Dar?o Potes Comas, se ubican en las subcategor?as uso de las TAC y pr?cticas incluyentes. El estudio se desarroll? bajo la l?nea de Investigaci?n Educaci?n y Desarrollo, con enfoque mixto con predominancia de tipo cualitativo, de car?cter descriptivo -interpretativo. Se trabaj? con una muestra de diez estudiantes, se aplicaron entrevistas y encuestas para caracterizarlos, lo que permiti? determinar las estrategias m?s convenientes en el dise?o de la unidad did?ctica de aprendizaje que se presenta como propuesta. El an?lisis de los hallazgos se realiz? a trav?s de m?todo comparativo gr?fico, la triangulaci?n y contrastaci?n. La implementaci?n del DUA, se fortalece por medio del dise?o de unidades de aprendizaje integradas, mediadas por el uso de las TAC, se espera posicionar la propuesta como un ejercicio de impacto positivo dentro la sede primaria de la Instituci?n Educativa PIO XII.
This research project aims from the academic management to implement the Universal Design for Learning - UDL, for the inclusive education of fifth grade students of the PIO XII Educational Institution, of the municipality of San Pedro de los Milagros, department of Antioquia- Colombia, through the design of integrated learning units mediated by the pedagogical use of Technologies for Learning and Knowledge - TLK. It was developed addressing four phases. Firstly, to identify the actions that the institution has been developing around the training of teachers for the implementation of the Universal Design of Learning - UDL. Secondly, to identify the progress regarding the implementation of the - UDL and the Individual Plan of Reasonable Adjustments ? IPRA in the educational institution. Thirdly to characterize the fifth-grade population with functional diversity, taking into account their needs and strengths. Fourthly, and last, to design a didactic learning unit as a proposal that allows to apply pedagogical strategies to help solve the question that this research project generated, how to implement the concept of Universal Learning of Design, for the inclusive training of 5th grade students from the PIO XII Educational Institution, from the municipality of San Pedro de los Milagros? From the national level, Ceballos Mercado, BE, y Acosta Marroqu?n, Jaime Mart?nez, ?, who contribute to the issue of educational inclusion. Finterbusch, Figueroa Zapata, L., Ospina Garc?a, M., y Tuberquia Tabera, J, reflect on the importance of the implementation of the UDL and the Individual Plan of Reasonable Adjustments - IPRA. The study was developed under the line of Research, Education and Development, with a mixed approach with a predominance of a qualitative type, a descriptive-interpretive nature. We worked with a sample of ten students, interviews and surveys were applied to characterize them, which allows us to determine the most convenient strategies in the design of the didactic that is presented as a proposal. The analysis of the findings was carried out through a graphical comparative method, triangulation and contrast. The implementation of the UDL is strengthened through the design of integrated learning units, mediated by the use of TLK, it is expected to position the proposal as an exercise of positive impact within the primary headquarters of the PIO XII Educational Institution.
