El proyecto investigativo tiene como objetivo general dise?ar el cuadro de mando integral (CMI) como propuesta de mejoramiento continuo para la asociaci?n de instituciones educativas de Boyac? FormarSer de la ciudad de Sogamoso. Dicho dise?o se apoy? en la teor?a de Robert Kaplan y David Norton creadores en el a?o 1992 de la herramienta cuadro de mando integral y expuesta en el libro the Balanceded Scorecard, as? mismo se hizo necesario un recorrido te?rico con el fin de argumentar la importancia de la planeaci?n estrat?gica la cual es respaldada por Humberto Serna en su libro Gerencia Estrat?gica. El m?todo de investigaci?n se consider? mixto ya que se incluyeron datos cuantitativos y cualitativos, por tal raz?n el enfoque se reconoci? como positivista el cual oriento a la indagaci?n sistem?tica de la informaci?n, a su vez se contempla una investigaci?n de tipo descriptiva permitiendo mencionar de manera densa los eventos causantes de la problem?tica de la empresa objeto de estudio, as? mismo se considera anal?tica dada la reinterpretaci?n de las variables estudiadas y al mismo tiempo hace parte de un dise?o de fuente mixta en vista de que la informaci?n se recolecta tanto de fuentes vivas como documentales, por ?ltimo se busc? informaci?n de las causas actuales de la problem?tica de FORMARSER por lo cual se enmarca dentro de una temporalidad contempor?nea. Es as? como la informaci?n se recolecta con la ayuda de la observaci?n directa mediante visitas aleatorias a las instituciones que integran la asociaci?n, de igual manera las t?cnicas utilizadas fueron la encuesta mediante cuestionario semi-estructurado, y una entrevista en profundidad tambi?n llamada focus group dirigida a las directoras de la asociaci?n. La validaci?n de los instrumentos utilizados seg?n los objetivos de la investigaci?n se llev? a cabo mediante el proceso de validaci?n por expertos y contenido, los cuales mediante un cuestionario semi-estructurado dieron su apreciaci?n acerca de la confiabilidad de la encuesta como instrumento de recolecci?n de informaci?n, el grupo de expertos fue integrado por tres mag?ster en ?reas educativas, administrativas y de investigaci?n; los resultados de los instrumentos fueron analizados en una matriz DOFA, la cual dio paso al dise?o de los indicadores de cada una de las perspectivas que integran el CMI, concluyendo con el dise?o y entrega del mismo como herramienta derivada de las necesidades administrativas de FORMARSER y sustentada en un Excel en el cual se eval?a la gesti?n administrativa y cuyos resultados conducen a las acciones de mejora, permitiendo la aplicaci?n de estrategias innovadoras para una adecuada administraci?n y planeaci?n en las instituciones educativas de FORMARSER.
The general objective of the research project is to design the integral scorecard (CMI) as a proposal for continuous improvement for the association of educational institutions of Boyac? FormarSer in the city of Sogamoso. This design was based on the theory of Robert Kaplan and David Norton creators in the year 1992 of the scorecard tool integral and exposed in the book the balanced scorecard, likewise it became necessary a theoretical tour in order to argue the importance of the strategic planning which is supported by Humberto Serna in his book Strategic Management. The research method was considered mixed since quantitative and qualitative data were included, for this reason the approach was recognized as positivist which guided the systematic investigation of the information, in turn a descriptive investigation is contemplated allowing mentioning dense the events that cause the problem of the CMI, likewise it is considered analytical given the reinterpretation of the studied variables and at the same time it is part of a mixed source design in view of the fact that the information is collected from both living and documentary sources, for The last one sought information on the current causes of the problems of FORMARSER, which is why it is part of a contemporary temporality. This is how the information is collected with the help of direct observation through random visits to the institutions that make up the association, in the same way the techniques used were the semi-structured questionnaire survey, and an in-depth interview also called focus group directed to the directors of the association. The validation of the instruments used according to the objectives of the research was carried out through the process of validation by experts, who through a semi-structured questionnaire gave their assessment about the reliability of the survey as an instrument for gathering information, the group of experts was integrated by three magisters in educational and research areas; the results of the instruments were analyzed in a SWOT matrix, which led to the design of the indicators for each of the perspectives that make up the WCC, concluding with the design and delivery thereof as a tool derived from the administrative needs of FORMARSER and supported by an Excel in which the administrative management is evaluated and whose results lead to the improvement actions, allowing the application of innovative strategies for an adequate administration and planning in the educative institutions of FORMARSER.
