Est?ndares y criterios de calidad presentes en aplicaciones educativas para la ense?anza de lenguas extranjeras

La investigaci?n que se present? tuvo como prop?sito revisar los est?ndares y criterios presentes en una aplicaci?n educativa para la ense?anza de lenguas extranjeras. La metodolog?a sigui? un enfoque mixto en el que se obtuvieron insumos mediante la aplicaci?n de una lista de verificaci?n a la aplicaci?n educativa Duolingo, para ello se seleccion? una muestra de 25 docentes de ingl?s, italiano y franc?s como lengua extranjera. Los participantes laboraban activamente en dos instituciones educativas particulares del cant?n Guayaquil, en Guayas Ecuador. Los resultados demostraron de manera contundente que la aplicaci?n resulta efectiva en la ense?anza de lenguas extranjeras debido a que cumple plenamente con los est?ndares y criterios de usabilidad, adecuaci?n al contenido, metodolog?as activas y satisfacci?n, requeridos por las Normas ISO, para que una aplicaci?n educativa se considerada de calidad.  
The purpose of the research presented was to review the standards and criteria present in an educational application for teaching foreign languages. The methodology followed a mixed approach in which inputs were obtained through the application of a checklist to the educational application Duolingo, for which a sample of 25 teachers of English, Italian and French as a foreign language was selected. The participants worked actively in two private educational institutions in Guayaquil, Guayas, Ecuador. The results showed conclusively that the application is effective in the teaching of foreign languages because it fully complies with the standards and criteria of usability, content adequacy, active methodologies and satisfaction required by ISO standards for an educational application to be considered of quality.
