El presente trabajo tuvo como objetivos identificar qu? estructura organizacional se aplic? en el programa El Mes?n del Buen Samaritano en la Corporaci?n Social Cristiana de Villavicencio; elaborar la estructura organizacional funcional para el Programa El Mes?n del Buen Samaritano de la Corporaci?n Social Cristiana; identificar las funciones de cada cargo las competencias generales y espec?ficas del mismo; establecer un modelo de evaluaci?n de desempe?o por competencias utilizando el modelo 360?. La metodolog?a aplicada demand? una investigaci?n cualitativa e informaci?n descriptiva; que permiti? llevar a cabo la muestra con los habitantes de calle, indigentes y trabajadoras sexuales, resocializando en la Corporaci?n Social Cristiana, a trav?s del Programa El Mes?n del Buen Samaritano. Los resultados permitieron establecer participaci?n activa y din?mica de los integrantes, estableciendo con ellos recomendaciones pertinentes con miras a ser m?s eficaz y eficiente las operaciones. El prop?sito de obtener un direccionamiento estrat?gico organizacional de mayor crecimiento, obtenci?n de recursos financieros como ayuda de instituciones p?blicas y privadas, a nivel nacional. Tambi?n se destaca que la estructura organizacional se constituye como herramienta fundamental en el desarrollo de la cultura y valores de la corporaci?n. As? mismo, beneficios tanto a los directivos, la corporaci?n, colaboradores y habitantes de calles. Es importante indicar que el desarrollo del diagn?stico permiti? establecer en 19 instancia la relevancia de la estructura organizacional, incluye dem?s las ?reas de gesti?n o funcionales, que ayudan a identificar la jerarquizaci?n de la misma, lo cual sirve como herramienta para cumplir con el direccionamiento estrat?gico y principios corporativos. Al igual, los hallazgos m?s importantes de la investigaci?n, establecen identificar la problem?tica abordada. De ah?, la relevancia de aplicar instrumentos que favorezcan y retroalimenten, con base en las teor?as y los aspectos conceptuales y legales de los objetivos propuestos.
This work had as objectives identify which organizational structure applied in the program El Meson of the Samaritan's good in the Christian Social Corporation of Villavicencio; develop the functional organizational structure for the Inn of the good Samaritan of the Social Corporation program Christian; identify the functions of each Office General and specific competencies of the same; establish a model of performance evaluation competency using the model 360?. The methodology applied sued a qualitative research and descriptive information; that allowed carry out sample street dwellers, homeless and sex workers, resocializando in the Christian Social Corporation, through the programme the Inn of the good Samaritan. The results allowed to establish active and dynamic participation of members, establishing with them relevant recommendations with a view to being more effective and efficient operations. The purpose of obtaining a strategic organizational direction of higher growth, obtaining financial resources as public and private institutions nationwide assistance. Also highlights the organizational structure is constituted as a fundamental tool in the development of the culture and values of the Corporation. Likewise, benefits collaborators both managers, the Corporation, and inhabitants of streets. It is important to indicate that the development of the diagnosis allowed 19 instance establish the relevance of the organizational structure, including other areas of management or functional, to help identify the same ranking, which serves as tool to meet the strategic direction and corporate principles. As well, the most important findings of the research, established to identify the problem addressed. Hence, the importance of implementing instruments favoring and retroalimenten, based on the theories and the conceptual and legal aspects of the proposed objectives.
