Los agentes administrativos de las I.E son esenciales para la transformaci?n y formaci?n de desarrollo intelectual de los estudiantes. La problem?tica encontrada en esta investigaci?n, desde la gesti?n educativa, en b?sica secundaria de la Instituci?n Educativa San Isidro ? INESANI es, inexistencia del proyecto pedag?gico en educaci?n sexual, sin estrategias educativas adecuadas, que fortalezcan y promuevan derechos humanos y sexuales. El objetivo, proponer estrategia educativa para el aprendizaje en prevenci?n de ITS ?VPH, en b?sica secundaria de INESANI. La metodolog?a, cualitativa de tipo descriptiva, con enfoque fenomenol?gico. Las t?cnicas: entrevista, revisi?n documental y observaci?n, cuyos instrumentos: gu?a de entrevistas, fichas de registro documental y gu?as de observaci?n. Realizada a 24 informantes claves entre 9 y 14 a?os de edad, y la docente del ?rea de ciencias naturales de b?sica secundaria. Como resultado, no se implementa el proyecto de Educaci?n Sexual, ausencia de este dentro de los procesos de organizaci?n y planeaci?n del PEI, los informantes claves no tienen dominio de la tem?tica VPH. Clases tipo magistral por parte del docente del ?rea de ciencias naturales. Conclusi?n, nivel de conocimiento bajo en VPH, por escasas estrategias educativas implementadas en clases, poco apoyo de las familias y desarticulaci?n institucional de la problem?tica estudiada.
The administrative agents of the I.E are essential for the transformation and training of students' intellectual development. The problem found in this research, from the educational management, in elementary school of the San Isidro Educational Institution - INESANI, is the inexistence of the pedagogical project in sexual education, without adequate educational strategies that strengthen and promote human and sexual rights. The objective, to propose an educational strategy for learning in prevention of STI - HPV, in basic secondary of INESANI. The methodology, qualitative of a descriptive type, with a phenomenological approach. The techniques: interview, documentary review and observation, whose instruments: interview guide, documentary record sheets and observation guides. Made to 24 key informants between 9 and 14 years of age, and the teacher of the area of natural sciences of basic secondary. As a result, the Sex Education project is not implemented, absence of this within the PEI organization and planning processes, the key informants do not have command of the HPV topic. Master classes by the teacher in the area of natural sciences. Conclusion, low level of knowledge in HPV, due to few educational strategies implemented in classes, little support from families and institutional disarticulation of the problem studied.
