Este estudio recoger? informaci?n de un grupo de v?ctimas pertenecientes a la ciudad de Villavicencio, departamento del Meta, y analizar? esta informaci?n en orden a: establecer la manera en que las condiciones de pobreza cambian a ra?z de una situaci?n victimizante; valorar la manera en la que el hecho victimizante incide en las din?micas de mortalidad, natalidad, desplazamientos forzados y desplazamientos voluntarios; y medir la percepci?n que tienen las v?ctimas sobre el impacto que les ofrece las pol?ticas de reparaci?n para afrontar la pobreza. La metodolog?a demanda de un enfoque cuantitativo y el tipo de investigaci?n descriptivo. El objetivo de esta investigaci?n fue indagar sobre el proceso de reconstrucci?n y proyecto de vida de personas que se encuentran en situaci?n de desplazamiento y c?mo es la relaci?n que afronta de la situaci?n de pobreza.
In Colombia, the poverty of the population is exacerbated due to the armed conflict, which implies that the attention of a large percentage of the population of the country should articulate, economic, and social policies with programmes that facilitate access to rights own victims. This study will collect information from a group of victims belonging to the city of Villavicencio, Department of Meta, and analyze this information in order to a: establish the manner in which the conditions of poverty change following a victimizing situation; assess the manner in which the fact victimizing affects the dynamics of mortality, birth, forced displacement and voluntary displacement; and measuring the perception the victims about the impact that offers repair policies to tackle poverty. The methodology demands a quantitative approach and the descriptive research. The objective of this study was to investigate the process of reconstruction and project of life for people who are displaced and how the relationship faces of poverty.
