? ? ?Las personas con enfermedad mental cada d?a se enfrentan a un sufrimiento que es causado por su padecimiento mental, luchan con las continuas limitaciones que est?n derivadas de la enfermedad, ?adem?s que en la actualidad se ha manifestado y notado en muchas de las acciones el ?desconocimiento de la sociedad sobre la realidad de un enfermo mental y las circunstancias en las que se ven envuelto cada d?a. ?No es f?cil de afrontar ?la exclusi?n social que se recibe por los dem?s, muchas veces puede determinar y amplificar la integraci?n social de estas personas. Las actitudes sociales practicadas de una forma negativa suelen conllevar a una exclusi?n de las pueden producir una imagen social marginada que afecta el bienestar, adaptaci?n y participaci?n social, levantando de forma adicional barreras que dar?n un aumento en ?el aislamiento y marginaci?n de cada una de estas personas.?
People with mental illness every day face a suffering that is caused by their mental illness, they struggle with the continuous limitations that are derived from the disease, besides that nowadays, in many of the actions has been manifested and noticed the ignorance of the society about the reality of a mental patient and the circumstances in which they are involved every day. It is not easy to face the social exclusion that is received by others, it can often determine and amplify the social integration of these people. Social attitudes practiced in a negative way tend to lead to the exclusion of those that can produce a marginalized social image that affects welfare, adaptation and social participation, raising additional barriers that will increase the isolation and marginalization of each of these people.
