En Colombia se est? atravesando por una de las mayores crisis sociales que se han presentado a lo largo de la historia, raz?n por la cual se hace necesario hablar de valores ?ticos y morales desde una etapa de desarrollo en el que cada individuo tiene mayor capacidad de apropiaci?n. Con esta investigaci?n pretende identificar cu?les son los valores que presentan mayor influencia en el desarrollo, y a partir de eso brindar una herramienta pedag?gica a los docentes como elemento potencializador y fomentador de valores ?ticos y morales. As? mismo, en esta investigaci?n se propone implementar una estrategia pedag?gica con el fin de analizar la influencia que tienen los valores ?ticos y morales en las din?micas escolares espec?ficamente en el aula de clase, partiendo del principio de que los ni?os y ni?as son el objeto de estudio y el docente la v?a de acceso y transmisi?n para el fortalecimiento y potencializaci?n de los valores en cada uno de los sujetos. Partiendo de lo anterior, el presente trabajo se estructura por un cap?tulo I, conformado por la conceptualizaci?n, el contexto global y los objetivos a desarrollar. El cap?tulo II abarca toda la fundamentaci?n te?rica o cuerpo del trabajo, se hace un acercamiento te?rico-conceptual, los procesos investigativos como antecedentes de ?ste, desde el nivel macro hasta niveles micro, como lo son las investigaciones realizadas en el municipio sobre el tema. Esto ?ltimo es lo que orilla a la necesidad de abarcar temas ?ticos y morales en las aulas de clase del municipio de Paz de Ariporo, sumado a esto se encuentra el tercer cap?tulo en el cual se trabaja el paradigma investigativo, el m?todo de investigaci?n, las t?cnicas y las herramientas a emplear en la investigaci?n, aborda desde la apropiaci?n te?rica propuesta. En el cuarto cap?tulo se encuentra la propuesta investigativa que permitir? a futuros investigadores desarrollar un proceso de inserci?n en una ?rea tan poco explorada en dicho municipio, por ?ltimo se encuentra las conclusiones y recomendaciones investigativas con un peso conceptual y desde la experiencia que deja el proceso de investigaci?n.
Colombia is going through one of the greatest social crises that have occurred throughout history,which is why it is necessary to speak of ethical and moral values from a stage of development in which each individual has a greater capacity for Appropriation, with this research aims to identify which are the values that have the greatest influence on development and from that to provide a pedagogical tool to teachers as a potentializing and fostering element of ethical and moral values. Likewise, in this research it is proposed to implement a pedagogical strategy in order to analyze the influence that ethical and moral values have on school dynamics specifically in the classroom, starting from the scoop that boys and girls are the object of study and the teacher the means of access and transmission for the strengthening and empowerment of the values in each of the subjects. In addition to the above, the importance of investigating fields little studied in the country is highlighted, and of recognizing the importance of education in ethics and values of each Colombian institution, Paz de Ariporo being one of the largest municipalities in territorial extension and with greater rural influence than urban. research carried out in the municipality on the subject, focuses on the need to cover ethical and moral issues in the classrooms of the municipality of Paz de Ariporo, added to this is the third chapter in which the research paradigm, the method research, techniques and tools to be used in research are addressed from the proposed theoretical appropriation, in the fourth chapter is the research proposal that allowed future researchers to develop an insertion process in an area so little explored in said municipality, finally are the conclusions and recommendations in Research studies with conceptual weight and from the experience left by the research process.
