La aparici?n de las Tecnolog?as de la Informaci?n y Comunicaci?n (TIC) ha incidido en el sistema de educaci?n, permitiendo la innovaci?n en la transmisi?n de saberes nuevos, esta situaci?n ha transformado el entorno de aprendizaje actual, pasando de uno tradicional centrado en el docente a uno donde el alumno es el elemento que participa activamente en su propio aprendizaje. Relacionado a la situaci?n planteada, existe la metodolog?a Flipped Classroom o aula invertida, que involucra lo expuesto anteriormente, siendo objeto de estudio en esta investigaci?n, que consiste en analizar la pertinencia del modelo educativo de la Universidad de Hosanna, frente a intencionalidades de la metodolog?a Flipped Classroom. En cuanto a la metodolog?a, seg?n hurtado de Barrera. el estudio se ubica con un tipo de investigaci?n anal?tica y un dise?o de campo, la poblaci?n fue de 52 docentes de la Universidad Hosanna trabaj?ndose con el censo poblacional. Como t?cnica de recolecci?n de datos se utiliz? la encuesta y como instrumento un cuestionario de 23 ?tems, la validez se hizo a trav?s de juicios de expertos y la confiabilidad se aplic? el Coeficiente de Alfa Cronbach, resultando un valor de 0.89. Como resultado se obtuvo que al analizar la pertinencia del modelo educativo de la Universidad de Hosanna, frente a intencionalidades de la metodolog?a Flipped Classroom, se obtuvo que el curr?culo de Unihosanna se adapta de forma sistem?tica a las exigencias del desarrollo social, permitiendo la formaci?n de profesionales a trav?s del proceso de ense?anza aprendizaje, apoyado con el uso de las TIC, orientados a la implementaci?n de la metodolog?a Flipped Classroom en la Universidad Hosanna, por tal raz?n se establecieron algunos lineamientos.
The emergence of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) has affected the education system, allowing innovation in the transmission of new knowledge, this situation has transformed the current learning environment, going from a traditional one focused on the teacher to one where the student is the element that actively participates in their own learning. Related to the situation, there is the Flipped Classroom or inverted classroom methodology, which involves the aforementioned, being the object of study in this research, which consists of analyzing the relevance of the educational model of the University of Hosanna, against the intentions of the methodology Flipped Classroom. As for the methodology, according to stolen from Barrera. the study is located with a type of analytical research and a field design, the population was 52 professors from the Hosanna University working with the population census. As a data collection technique, the survey was used, and a 23-item questionnaire was used as an instrument. Validity was done through expert judgment and reliability was applied using the Alpha Cronbach Coefficient, resulting in a value of 0.89. As a result, it was obtained that when analyzing the relevance of the educational model of the University of Hosanna, against the intentions of the Flipped Classroom methodology, it was found that the Unihosanna curriculum is systematically adapted to the demands of social development, allowing the formation of Professionals through the teaching-learning process, supported with the use of ICT, oriented to the implementation of the Flipped Classroom methodology at Hosanna University, for this reason some guidelines were established.
